Thanks Brawny... Unfortunately the rest of the weekend was a giant fail and I need 3 perfect days to undo the damage. Grrr! I know I'd get there faster if I didn't keep doing this to myself but I can't seem to help it. Missing my husband like crazy! Kinda stressed about starting school now too even though its something I've wanted for so long.
Really got to change my mindset. I'm aiming for 3 1600cal days then I'll weigh in Thu- then I'll be upping my calories daily. Really only want to lose 500g a week and I eat really light a few days to blow out crazily on others. So planning to eat 1600 on days off both work and exercise, 1800 on days off work with a workout, 1900 on work days with a workout. Going to test this and stick to it next week after weigh in!
