Lucy's Fit Life (Contains large amounts of nut butter and coffee)

Anything below 1600 I start to get uncomfortably hungry (unless I overate the day before!) I'm trying to stick between 1500-1900 so if I'm hungrier one day I can eat more.

Work was ok yesterday, really quiet day again. Just did more training and talked to the boss a bit, he's a pretty awesome dude. Watched a movie with Wade when I got home. Not much else happened yesterday lol. We both have today off and both are poor... got a couple of movies left to watch and don't know what we are doing the rest of the day.

Total cals are around 1550, exercise today is 30mins strength training. Shoulders are still killing me from two days ago when I decided to do overhead squats- least I know they got a good workout!

Did a seriously killer workout this morning then went to a shopping centre and walked around. Came back starving and ate everything listed above from lunch onward all at once lol. Ending the day on around 1950 cals which I'm fine with, going to be vacuuming soon and walking later so will still have a really decent deficit. Weigh in Mon!

Ok so I posted the above several hours ago... today is actually ending in too much pizza and too much wine... but having too much fun to care lol. Going to be terrible for weigh in, I'm thinking around 4000 cals for the whole of today... yikes. Might even skip weighing Mon!

Not feeling the greatest this morning. Not hung over or anything just bloated and blah. Really question whether big food days are worth it, fun or not. It's frustrating undoing a week of hard work in one night, thats for sure. Gotta control myself better in future.

Can't help but whinge that it's easier with my husband around, I'm not so lonely and he's there to distract me
Also he's not a total junk food junkie like my house mate is which makes it easier to stick to. Still a month till he gets here!

Exercise today will be 10mins boxing and 10mins strength training. Pretty sore from yesterday, that was a bit of a nasty workout! Will see how I go.
 
The breakdowns happen from time to time. Particularly when it comes to the spirits. No one wants to be the one who stops having a good time.

Hope right back up on the horse the next day and move on.
 
Had a Mexican food meltdown myself yesterday....back to the grindstone today...but my cravings for Mexican food are gone.....for now!
 
Haha yea I was pretty good yesterday, still not brave enough for the scales. Going to weigh in Wed instead as this is the end of first month and I started on the 24th... so thought I could get away with adding a couple days and weighing the 24th of this month too! Some fluid should be gone by then, honestly as long as I'm below 71.5kg I'll be happy cuz thats 2kgs gone in a month.

Think my goal for next month I'll adjust to 68.5kg on the 20th August.

Working 9-5:30 today.

Good day yesterday. Having another workout day off today, don't want anything causing extra fluid retention for tomorrow. Also nothing wrong with a small break!

Exactly 4 weeks from today my husband gets here!

Brawny, it ain't even a secret. Guess that'd make me a not-so-ninja ninja. Seriously though those noodles are amazing! They're good in place of ordinary pasta too, not just as noodles!

Weighed in at 71.2kg this morning which would have disappointed me had I not eaten an extra 1000cals last night of low carb homemade bread (shit tastes good warm, couldn't help myself!) Also lost a crazy amount of cms and my progress pics have a crazy massive difference so I'm happy! Wonder what I would've weighed had I not gone bread crazy!? Ok so weigh in day has officially moved to Tue for this month as I'm aiming for 68kgs (I would be retaining fluid today so it's not aiming too high) for the day husband gets back which is a Tue. Hopefully my tax return will hurry up too, wanting to start some PT!

Was going to do a workout this morning but woke up too late, going to a movie so leaving the house at 9am... currently just after 7.40 and have only just eaten brekki, don't think it'll settle enough in time for me to work out for 30mins then shower. so it'll just be another day off!
 
Today was definitely not the greatest day food wise. Think I still ate under maintenance but not really as good as I should have eaten.

Went out shopping in the morning, walked around for half an hour and then went to the movies. Had a couple mouthfuls of Wades lollies and a coffee while I was in there, oops. And a Pepsi max. Lunch was Nandos, all I had was 2 lots of hot tenderloins, no drinks etc. Then we drove to a different shopping centre and walked around there for about 45mins, then went home. Ate 3 more slices of the homemade bread with a little bit of butter, then we walked to the RSL club and joined up. Had a bit of a gamble, Wade gave me $10 to use and I put it in a machine and won $56, so paid him back and kept the money. Decided to walk to the shop across the road so I could get strawberries and a few other bits since I had a bit of money then we walked home, got changed for dinner and went out again. Dinner was amaaaaaazing- I had 2 glasses of coke zero (oops) and a piece of grilled wild caught barramundi with green veg. It had a sauce and potato but had it without the spud and sauce on the side. It would've been a super light meal but the greens had some kind of oil or butter on them which would've bumped up the cals significantly... at a guess I think I ended the day on around 2400. Did a workout when I came home from dinner too, wanted to be able to box tomorrow with Wade on his day off. So yea- would've burned a pretty big amount but the soft drink and sweets were unnecessary. Actually the bread in the arvo probably was too...

Really want an amazing month- going to aim every week for 6 perfect days and one day up to maintenance. Today is obviously that day, I have the rest of the week mapped out already so hopefully weigh in will be amazing come Tues! Don't even know what to expect or aim for just yet, even if today was an accurate weight (as in no extra fluid) 68.5kg is a reasonable goal for the month. Would really like 68 though!

Sorry if this was a boring ramble, think I'm hyped on caffeine which I am sooo not used to anymore.

1 perfect day down yesterday, 4 to go till weigh in! Wooo!

Work was really boring yesterday, dragged on and on. 3 day weekend now, yay! Also got an email saying there was a couple of spots left in the uni course I want to attend if I want to start on Mon. Kinda bummed, I have work now. I didn't enquire when I first got here thinking I couldn't enrol till next year because I didn't apply. So... poos. I'm going to phone today and discuss starting online learning maybe till next year, or just pick a couple of units to attend and go full time next year.

I enrolled in uni! I'm doing chem and biochem on Tue and Wed starting next week, all the rest of my units I'm doing online and staggering out. Don't start more units till September when we have the internet. I'm so excited!

Oh, doing my bachelors degree in nutritional medicine if you're wondering.

Perfect day number 2 down! Had an extra couple of coffees- one with a drop of milk when I left uni and one just then so had an extra 100cals today. I'm saying it's a perfect day cuz I was planning on sitting on my ass all day after my workout, instead I walked for around an hour and spent 45mins cleaning the house so thought the extra cals would even it out.

3 days till weigh in! Totally got this!
 
Woke up so early again dammit... 6am on a Saturday. Gaaah. Think Wade and I are going out for a bit today, going to go do a touristy thing around here called the haunted mansion and going out for lunch. Unsure if we are doing anything else at the moment.

My cats are flying here on Tue, getting excited because it means Ash will be here soon! His transfer isn't working out, he has a ton of holidays so think he will have to take them until he can figure something out over here. It sucks!

Did a fair bit of unplanned walking around today so ate a bit extra- lunch was a beef and haloumi salad from Sumo Salad, had afternoon tea when I got home consisting of 2 sunflower seed crackers and dip. So ending the day on around 1550cals which I'm happy with- so now 3 perfect days down, 2 to go!
