Lucy's Fit Life (Contains large amounts of nut butter and coffee)

Just checking in quickly before work! On 10-5 today then I have a 3 day weekend. I have to walk home from work so I'm hoping it won't be too dark, the sun sets insanely early here.

l 200g Greek yogurt, 150g strawberries, 2 tbsp shredded coconut. Homemade coconut flour cinnamon roll
d 1/3 homemade pizza
s homemade coconut almond cookie bar

Total cals are around 1950.

Exercise today- did a 30min strength circuit already, plus walking about 30mins to and from work. If its too dark I'll be hanging around the shopping centre till 6 so Wade can pick me up on the way home from his job. Would rather just go straight home though, I know I'll be starving by then!

3 days off, yay! Wade has a cold so I'm desperately hoping that I dont get it too lol. Having a movie day inside.

Haha Brawny, was actually not as bad as I thought. Lots of people around walking dogs that had obviously just finished work, also they've been working on putting in a tram line forever here (since well before we came on holidays here in Sept last year) and all the construction guys were still going. Sun had only just started to set, had pink sky lol. Pretty sure I'd be ok to walk home at 5.30 next week too.

Well Wade has work today, I don't have any plans for the day. Need to get more cream for my coffee and that's about it!

I don't think I should be allowed anywhere near something like that.
 
I'm with Brawny, I could use one of those cinnamon rolls right now.

Here's the recipe for the cinnamon rolls, I don't use the one written down I follow the coconut flour video (recipe is different and I think it tastes better):
I didn't make the frosting, they're good without. Also I added a tsp of vanilla essence to the mix. For 6 of them they're just under 150cals ea.

Weighed in at 70.5kg today, yay progress! Though I really wanted to be 70 right now for my short-term goal, really only need a couple of awesome weeks to catch up.

Went over cals yesterday, ate around 3500. Boo to boredom eating! Keeping an eye out for a second job actually, need more hours to keep busy.

Going to have to bust it the rest of the week! Aiming for 69.8kgs on Mon, that's my first month over.

Also... 5 weeks from today my husband gets here!
 
Boredom eating is tough. It helps a little to have some low cal stuff hanging around. I use pickles myself.
 
Haha when I'm boredom eating: any chocolate? No? I'll eat these 3 protein bars and this hunk of cheese while I think about chocolate. Eh, terrible!

Perfect day yesterday, yay! Today I am grocery shopping, baking and then Wade is taking me out for dinner to the Hogs Breath cafe. He wants to go all out 3 courses tonight so I checked out the menu on their site- I'm going to get the grilled garlic prawn appetiser, a blackened prime rib in the 'lite' serve (smaller steak, 200g) without chips/potato just veges, and I'll have a coffee while he has his dessert. I'll just be drinking water too- reckon that should all come in under 700ish cals.

10 minutes of boxing is about 9 minutes and 30 seconds more of Boxing than the Michael Spinks/Mike Tyson fight I paid 20 bucks to see many years ago.

I'm also terrible about boredom eating and emotional eating. Right now I'm in super stress more and hadn't recovered fully from getting off track from my horse shows and such so really need to get my focus on!
 
Yea I usually manage to contain it to one day a week (sometimes two happen). Usually on weigh in day haha! I know you have a lot going on in your life right now though, just got to do the best you can in your current circumstances and hang in there. Hopefully everything will calm down for you soon!

Ended up having a super busy day, boxed and did my workout then did the grocery shopping straight after my shower. Did some baking when I got home, made cinnamon rolls again but this time I rolled a bit of apple up in them too. They are sooo yummy! Did some work clothes shopping this arvo, put a skirt and cardigan on layby and got new shoes. After that we hired some movies and went out for coffee, then watched a movie and went out for dinner! Dinner was awesome too, stuck to everything I said I was going to have. So two perfect days out of 3 so far!

Tomorrow we are doing a bit more shopping and going to the movies in the afternoon, I'm excited!

Yesterday ended up being a pretty busy/ active day. Did my workout in the morning, then we scrubbed the whole house, then I made my carbonara which took longer than I thought and cleaned up. After that we went to the shopping centre the movie we were going to see was showing at and walked around for around 2 hours beforehand. The movie was funny, we watched the Heat. The whole time I was watching it though I just kept thinking it was like an American, female version of Hot Fuzz (one of my faves).

Today I'm working 9-5.30. It's still been really quiet every day I've worked so hoping it'll be busier!

I like that you're hovering around 1700 calories a day. It's low enough that you're still at a deficit, but not so low it could cause you problems, and it's also probably enough to keep you from being too hungry.
