O. Dear. God. I HATE the workout the trainer gave me!! I seriously had no idea it was going to be that damn HARD lol. It's like the first cool morning we've had all week and I walked out of the gym DRIPPING with sweat and feeling like I'd run a marathon. Urrgh!!! Here's todays menu:
Pre gym snack: Protein shake with skim milk, 4 vita weats with low fat cottage cheese
Breakfast: 2 eggs on 2 pieces of wholemeal grain toast
Snack: Banana as soon as I get to work, homemade fruity oat bar
Lunch: Sandwich on wholemeal grain with 97% ff premium ham, tomato, and 1 cup mixed salad greens
Snack: 2x kiwifruit, homemade blueberry muffin
Dinner: Pizza- Rye bread wrap base, topped with tomato paste, onion, red capsicum, mushrooms, 5 olives, anchovies and fat reduced cheese.
So my total calories is almost dead on 2000 today which I'm happy with! Exercise today is 45mins at the gym and 1hr walking.
Feeling really good today

Aside from feeling much fitter and toned all over, my skin is insanely clear and bright and my fingernails are growing like crazy and they're so nice and strong!! REALLY can't wait till my next weigh in!!!
