OMG.. 41 degrees outside! Just about DIED on my walk home from work!!!! All food was as above but I had 2 bananas. The bloody fruit n veg place had nothing that even looked remotely edible apart from the bananas so no variety for me today! But that's ok, it's better than having a pack of chips or something :Angel_anim:
So finished today on a little over 1800 calories, another day I'm well happy with :coolgleamA:
 
Who would've thought that 2000 cals of healthy food is SO MUCH? I feel like I'm eating all the time lol. O well, haven't craved anything or felt like bingeing so it's working. Here's what today is looking like for me:

Breakfast: Soft rye wrap with 1 egg, 50g ff ham, 2 slices cheese, tomato, 1 cup of salad greens. 1 cup of skim milk with a shot of coffee and 1/3 tsp of sugar (was too hot for my normal coffee!)
Snack: Banana as soon as I get to work, homemade fruity oat slice
Lunch: Sandwich with 2 slices cheese, tomato, 1 cup spinach
Snack: 2 nectarines, homemade blueberry muffin. Post gym I'll probably have 4 vita weats and low fat cottage cheese
Dinner: Leftover veal stir fry from last night

Exercise today: 1hr walk to work and back, 30min personal training sesh (it's 2 on 1- me and another person from my gym challenge group with our trainer)

Had an awesome sleep last night too so feeling good today. Woke up super early though cuz once again it was so damn hot!
 
Todays session was a PAINFUL one, ow my poor legs!! Super sore quads even after stretching them out for ages. Also the session went for more like 40mins, the trainer kept us back 10 mins cuz the guy doing the session with us was 5 mins late... and there was no one after us so he made us work extra lol. Good for me I guess but OWCH!

Managed to convince the husband to walk around the river with me again tomorrow morning, yay :)
 
Yay it's a cool morning for once!!! And yet I still woke up at 6:30 :ack2:
Oh well... yay today is a day off work, and hubby and I are going to walk around ther river again! I doubt I'll be doing much else after that though, I'd say it'll be a lazy one... so dropping my calories a bit today! Here's the plan:

Breakfast: 2 pieces of wholemeal grain toast with peanut butter (no added salt or sugar)
Snack: Banana (going to eat it on our walk!) Homemade blueberry muffin
Lunch: Soft rye wrap with ham, tomatoes, and a cup of salad greens
Snack: 2 nectarines, fruity oat bar
Dinner: Roast chicken (I'm a fusspot and only eat the breast, no skin lol) with greek salad: heaps of salad greens, chopped red capsicum, chopped cucumber, 50g chopped feta, 5 black olives

So that's sitting just under 1700, if I get hungry I'll have a protein shake or something. Cuz I'm not doing anything much today though I doubt I'll need it!

Exercise: walking for 1hr and 45mins

Was going a bit stir crazy today, so I went for another 1hr walk to the supermarket and back. Also added cheese to my lunch to add a few extra calories in to make up for it :)
 
Got a bit snacky this arvo but managed to avoid disaster, had a protein shake made with water and 2 vita weats with cottage cheese. So finished on around 1950 calories, which isn't so bad as I was a lot more active than expected!
 
O. Dear. God. I HATE the workout the trainer gave me!! I seriously had no idea it was going to be that damn HARD lol. It's like the first cool morning we've had all week and I walked out of the gym DRIPPING with sweat and feeling like I'd run a marathon. Urrgh!!! Here's todays menu:

Pre gym snack: Protein shake with skim milk, 4 vita weats with low fat cottage cheese
Breakfast: 2 eggs on 2 pieces of wholemeal grain toast
Snack: Banana as soon as I get to work, homemade fruity oat bar
Lunch: Sandwich on wholemeal grain with 97% ff premium ham, tomato, and 1 cup mixed salad greens
Snack: 2x kiwifruit, homemade blueberry muffin
Dinner: Pizza- Rye bread wrap base, topped with tomato paste, onion, red capsicum, mushrooms, 5 olives, anchovies and fat reduced cheese.

So my total calories is almost dead on 2000 today which I'm happy with! Exercise today is 45mins at the gym and 1hr walking.

Feeling really good today :) Aside from feeling much fitter and toned all over, my skin is insanely clear and bright and my fingernails are growing like crazy and they're so nice and strong!! REALLY can't wait till my next weigh in!!!

Well I really WANTED kiwifruit today, but of course the supermarket had none... so I bought a couple of mandarines, ate one which was OK but the other one was rank! So bought a rockmelon half and had a piece when I got home lol. Making my pizzas on wholemeal pita bread now too, running low on my rye wraps! Mmmmm I can hear the anchovies calling... :beating:
 
Little disappointed this morning, I can't go dancing tonight :( My friend that was going with me has a funeral tonight so going to start next week. Oh well! I've decided to go for a 30min run on the treadmill at the gym after work (SOOO handy having the gym opposite my unit block!!)
Todays plan-
Breakfast: Soft rye wrap with salmon (in springwater), 1 egg, 2 slices of cheese, tomato, 1 cup of spinach
Snack: Banana, homemade fruity oat bar
Lunch: Sandwich with wholemeal grain bread, 97% FF premium deli ham, tomato, mixed salad
Snack: Homemade blueberry oatbran muffin, 1/4 rockmelon
Dinner: Pita bread pizza same as last night (I made 2 and refrigerated one)

I'm only at 1800 cals at this point, so if I get hungry I'll have some peanut butter or a protein shake.
Exercise will be 1hr walking to work and back, and a 30min jog on the treadmill. According to fitday today I'll be burning 2954 calories today so I think I might have to have something else at some point anyway!! Maybe I'll go to the gym after dinner and have a snack when I get back or something.

Hehe, that's not all exercise I promise :p it's based on my BMR being just over 1500, then I have an active job (work in a cafe) so running around and on my feet all day which means with my lifestyle incorporated BEFORE counting exercise I'm already on 2503cals, then I walk for an hour (to and from work, 30mins each way at around 6kms p/h) which is around 240cals (I do this 5-6 days a week so it's pretty much like this every day on average) then I ran for 30mins (4.480kms today!! I used to be able to do 6kms grr) which it says is another 220cals. So burned around 3000 calories today lol :)

I LOVE coming up with low calorie, sugar free snacks and I LOVE LOVE LOVE experimenting at dinner time lol. I like making healthier versions of my favourite naughty foods. Got a couple of new actual recipes to try, found a great light version of Chicken Laksa and found a recipe for red lentil lasagna which looks yummo!!! I love cooking soooo much :D Got to keep it interesting for myself too if I want to make this a permanent lifestyle too, getting bored might make me start reaching for naughty things lol.

Ended up eating 1990 at the end of today, had another banana and 2 vita weats with some cottage cheese before heading to the gym. So another good day for me :D SOOO can't wait to weigh myself on Thurs!!! Got to be extra good tomorrow as I'm not doing any extra exercise other than my normal walk and work etc.
 
Ooooo got inspired after reading someone elses diary and thought that instead of just having the big prize at the end when I get to my goal, I'll treat myself along the way. So here's what I was thinking:

67.5kgs- New hair and skin products, yay!
65kgs- Have a facial and get a full body massage
62.5kgs- Get my hair done and buy a new party outfit
60kgs- Pro glamour photo shoot! (I thought this was an awesome idea, not only will it showcase all my hard work but if I even consider falling back into old habits, I can just have a flick through the photo album and be like NOPE! :p)

I woke up this morning with skin SO CLEAR it was almost glowing!! It's a pretty big thing for me as I've suffered acne since I was about 11... was at it's worst when I was 14-17 but I still almost always have zits there SOMEWHERE... but nope! I don't even have marks where there were any, it's all evenly coloured and everything! YAY for healthy eating!!
Here's today-
Breakfast: fat free natural pot set yogurt with 1/2 cup homemade raw muesli
Snack: Banana, homemade fruity oat bar
Lunch: Wholemeal grain sandwich with cheese, tomato and mixed salad
Snack: 2 kiwifruit (I WILL find some today lol), homemade blueberry muffin
Dinner: Some of that chicken stuff I made last week with the eggplant, courguette, tomatoes... hubby is working late so pulling out some of my frozen leftovers!

I'm baking tonight, on my last muffin today!!! At least it'll give me something to do. Does anyone watch that show Superfat Vs Superskinny? Love it lol
 
Eee, ended the day a bit calorie heavy... no junk food still though! I had a banana in the afternoon after having to go to lunch super early at work and getting hungry early, then I baked tonight and ate a muffin lol... so ended on 2200 today!! Day before my weigh in too, tut tut.
 
I woke up this morning with a bit of a headache and feeling pretty bloated (I know I'm getting my period in a couple of days, think that's what it is) Stepped on the scales and they say I've put on 100gs lol. I think it's water though, so going to weigh myself tomorrow... if it's still the same I'll change my ticker then!
Today-
Breakfast: 2 pieces wmeal grain toast with peanut butter
Snack: 2 kiwifruit, fruity oat bar
Lunch: Sandwich with 2 slices cheese, tomato an 1 cup spinach
Snack: Banana, homemade blueberry muffin
Dinner: Having some of that stir fry I froze last week with the lean veal, basmati rice and veg
Pre gym snack: 2 vita weats with cottage cheese, protein shake made with water

So brings the total cals at around 1900.
Exercise for today is 1hr walking and my super awesome fun 1hr group training sesh tonight lol.

I wanted to say something yesterday but got caught up with the little one as soon as I was going to post.

First I am sorry to hear about your headache :( Hopefully it's all cleared up by now.

I think it is so good that your lifestyle makes you burn sooo many calories wow! :p I think I might start to take better note of what you are eating because it seems I only know how to get my calories up the unhealthy way :p You are really doing a good job at keeping things interesting and having fun with your weight loss!
 
So had a shitty day today, work was slow and boring, got verbally abused by a customer.... BLEH! Plus haven't seen hubby for a few days cuz he's on lates and finishes when I'm already sleeping, and I'm hormonal lol. BOO!!!! Life really isn't fair sometimes, I haven't really talked about what's going on in my life now currently... my now best friend that I met when we moved up here has liver cancer, we found out on my birthday just over a month ago. He's on drugs to stop the cancer growing or spreading until he has surgery in June, so he can't drink (a huge reason why when I go out I don't drink either- obviously there's no pressure there when the people you go out with don't drink) And one of his oldest and closest friends that he went to school with (my bestie Wade is 29 so a bit older than me) was randomly killed the other night because some dumbass driver was going 85kph in a 50 zone and drove around a corner too fast and swiped him, and poor Wade had to go and identify the body because his mates parents were out of the country until a couple of days ago. The funeral was today. So that's my rant, that life is pretty crap sometimes and it always seems a million times worse when you feel like crap.:svengo:
Now I've had my rant, I ate a bit naughty today... I was fine, everything was as to plan (except I couldn't get kiwifruit today, had a nectarine instead) ate my muffin, then felt like sugar soooooooo badly a couple of hours later and had a piece of rocky road slice. :smash: Naughty naughty!! It's actually put me off my dinner which is a new experience, if I ever felt like this before that would have been the beginning of a huge binge but I got home about an hour ago feeling really flat and jumped straight in the shower to try and get some life back into me, it's been a lot cooller so had nice hot one then jumped out and now I'm sitting here drinking spearmint tea (OMG best tasting stuff ever) But sooo not hungry. I'm trying to energise to go to the gym since I know I can't get out of it cuz the trainer lives in the same building (lol don't know if I mentioned it but I missed the second week and he threatened me if I tried it again he'd come and get me himself! eeee) I know I'll feel better once I go. It's just getting there... and doing it.
I really hope that rocky road doesn't affect my chances of weighing less tomorrow!! :banghead:

Hey thanks for dropping in Xenon :) I'll make sure I post recipes when they're really good, I'm trying vegetarian lasagne with red lentils on Saturday night, will let you know how I go!!
