BOOO I'm back to 70kg again!!! I mean I know a lot of it is fluid, but it's so disheartening!! Hopefully it'll discourage me from doing it again anytime soon. Going to PUSH myself this week, I'd like to at LEAST be back to 69kg by next week! Aww and I have to face my gym group tonight...
Here is what I plan to eat today:
Breakfast: 2 pieces wholemeal grain toast, 97%ff shaved deli ham, small handful spinach, 2 eggs
Snack: Banana, homemade fruity oat slice
Lunch: Wholemeal grain sandwich with 2 slices cheese, tomato, 1 cup salad greens
Snack: 2 plums (maybe, if I can find nice ones!) homemade blueberry muffin
Dinner: Lean veal stir fry with mixed veg and basmati rice
Pre-gym snack: 4 vita weats, l/f cottage cheese, protein shake with skim milk
The goal was 2081 calories for today and that adds up to 2019 so pretty good I think!
Exercise is 1hr walk and 1hr gym session.
I don't know if I've put this in my diary or not (and really can't be bothered looking back lol) but I've been wanting to study fitness for quite a while now, I actually got into a course for the first semester of this year and then my cat decided to hurt herself and all our bills came at once... so didn't happen. I have decided to apply again for the second semester this year

It means we will have to cut our holiday down to 2 weeks and go over during the holidays but I'm ok with that, plus it means I don't have to feel so bad about my crappy job. There's not much out there in the way of work right now so I'd feel better studying at the same time! Let's just hope the fact I got a position and didn't enrol won't affect me trying again!! Hopefully it'll inspire me to get really fit before then too lol. I've decided to set several goals for me to achieve by mid-July...
Weight- would like to be 62kgs (or less!)
Fitness- would like to be able to run 6kms in 30mins again
Money- would like to have our 2 big credit cards paid off (left over owing from our wedding grr... someone is interested in buying my car though so that might happen straight away!!) and our flights paid for for our holiday
Career- Not too concerned about my job, as long as I get into Tafe!! And if I don't, I'd like to have a new job I guess!!
I don't really think there's much else weighing on my mind, I'll be having a week off at the end of June cuz that's when Wade goes into surgery and he's staying with us (he lives by himself) so we'll be taking care of him. OOOOO and sooo excited, he's thinking of buying one of the units in our building which would be SOOOO amazing! Poor hubby would never see me lol.
Sorry about the big long post!!! I feel better now lol. Hm I might need to think of a few more rewards for myself for achieving those other goals...
