Ahhh frick... today had to be the day I got the munchies didn't it?? The day before weigh day!!! And soooo much salt! I ended up eating raisin toast, 2 homemade muffins, then had a mega craving for salt... and got takeaway!! Had chips and a chicken wrap. Went 1000 cals over maintenance, nooooooooooo!!!! Hopefully will still be down tomorrow in weight. SO angry right now!
 
Don't sweat it lovely--just be really good from now on to make up for it! And whatever the scales says, you can probably mentally knock another .5lb off the number anyway because it'll all be junk food weight you can get rid of quickly! ;)

Which makes me SO excited... it means that potentially in 2-3weeks I could reach my halfway mark!!!!

Looks like it was the month for my abs to shrink- SO not complaining!!! As promised also, here are some more photos. Ok, I was home alone and had to walk around the house looking for a surface to put my camera on and set the timer to take a pic lol... so this was the best I could do. Please excuse my lack of makeup... and I'm wearing a singlet and skinny jeans so you can see my body shape better. Also couldn't get a pic of my arms, it was next to impossible for me!!

1hr walk, 1hr gym with trainer

OH and I so forgot to mention... I do the squat machine with the trainer sometimes... and I asked him what the weight was last week cuz it was freakin HEAVY... he said he put 60kgs on it!!!! I can squat almost the same weight I am!!!

Last night was fun, our Monday gym group is all girls now so it gets quite giggly. I think the trainer likes the attention too, we all pick on him lol. Little sore today, at least I know my body isn't getting used to anything!!
Dancing tonight (for thie first time in like a month!!) SO excited, yay!!

Oh you guys are all wonderful!! Love you all!!!

Last night I wasn't very good, we went to go dancing but Wade decided he was too tired... we ended up getting chocolate and icecream and watching tv!!! I let it happen though, I'm going to visit family this weekend so this was my cheat day for the week. Which means I now need 5 good days! I can do it!!!

Yesterday was a perfect day calorie-wise... but I didn't go to the gym (ate a much smaller dinner) I was SO tired!!! I got home and read a magazine for a while then went to bed just after 8pm!! Feel a lot more energetic today though so I think I needed it. Ah well... 2 out of 3 perfect days this week, 4 more to go!!

Good morning my pretties!! It's freakin FRIDAY, WOOOOOOOOOT!!!!

Yesterday was a perfect day again... I'm still managing to pull them out of nowhere. 3 perfect days out of 4!! And 3 to go!! Gym was really hard last night, it was all upper body stuff. Boo!! I did something that I thought was really impressive though, I used a deadlift machine- which I haven't used before, I usually do dumbell deadlifts- and I lifted 80kgs!! (176lbs) I only had to do 8 reps- believe me, that was enough- but I did it!! Eeee the trainer said that one of the other girls in the group can lift 120kgs (264lbs) Frickety frick!! Also had a chat with the trainer afterwards about the food diary I had to keep last week and he said it was super impressive :D Only thing he recommended was that I switch my sandwiches at lunch time to a wrap or salad and have a protein shake with it. Hmm we'll see lol... too easy taking sandwiches to work, I haven't quite got the knack of wrapping a wrap!!

This weekend should be ok I think, I'm heading down south to visit family tomorrow and going out for dinner for my mum's birthday. Going to a Chinese restaurant but I'm usually pretty healthy there... I'll count my meal as 500cals, I only ever get chili prawns/seafood and all that is is stir fried veg and meat. Only thing is the oil it's cooked in... I think 500cals is fair! Packing all my snacks and fruit and everything to take with me too so I'll be planning my meals for the whole weekend tonight and shopping before I leave tomorrow. How's that for dedication?!! Also organised with my trainer to have our Saturday session early morning so I don't miss any! I really really REALLY want to see another big loss on the scales come Monday!!! Then the week after it's our group weigh in again!

Oh and other news- I went shopping last night cuz my fav pair of jeans are getting a little baggy on my bum... I squeezed into a size 10 (American size 6 I believe) pair of super skinny leg jeans without any stomach overhang (lol) In a store that sizes their clothes really small too!!!! Excitement!!!

Just checking in... got back from the gym, pounded out 5.2kms on the treadmill in 30mins, WOOOO!!!! Then did 14.6kms on the bike on gear 10- keeping it between 150-170 watts in 30mins. Worked out to My Chemical Romance- The Black Parade... that album reminds me SO much of Jamie!!! Our last full summer together that was played to death in his car lol. So many good memories, put me in an amazing mood (I thought it'd make me sad but it had totally the opposite effect) Still feeling super motivated, I'm so ready for a perfect weekend and an awesome weigh in Monday!!!!

Urgghghg had the worst sleep ever last night!!! Took me AGES to get to sleep then woke up at 1am, 3am, 4am... then crawled out of bed at 6am cuz I was OVER looking at the time!! And now I'm mega super tired and have a big day ahead of me, grrrr....

I won't be posting tomorrow morning but I've planned my food for the whole weekend to take down south with me. I'm only heading down for the night, leaving after my gym workout this morning and will probably head home tomorrow after brekki. SO looking forward to catching up with my best girlfriend, I'm in desperate need of girl-time (living with a guy and hanging out with my bestie all the time who is also a guy... going a bit batty) It'll be good to catch up with my family but I'm mainly looking forward to getting away from everything lol. YAY hopefully will be a good weekend!! Will be diving down in storms though, it's cold with thunderstorms today... pissing down outside right now!

Afternoon all!! Back from down south now... and proud to say... stuck 100% to plan!! Woohoo!!! Just had lunch and getting ready to go to the gym after this. For dinner last night I had braised squid with Chinese vegetables so I think that was a fairly good choice (compared to other things on the menu at least!!) Drank a HEAP of coffee though, had 3 yesterday and 3 again today (mind you todays ones were all really small... but still!! Outta control!!!)

Just stopped to check in before tomorrows weigh-in, fingers crossed it's another good one!!! Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend!
