Good morning my pretties!! It's freakin FRIDAY, WOOOOOOOOOT!!!!
Yesterday was a perfect day again... I'm still managing to pull them out of nowhere. 3 perfect days out of 4!! And 3 to go!! Gym was really hard last night, it was all upper body stuff. Boo!! I did something that I thought was really impressive though, I used a deadlift machine- which I haven't used before, I usually do dumbell deadlifts- and I lifted 80kgs!! (176lbs) I only had to do 8 reps- believe me, that was enough- but I did it!! Eeee the trainer said that one of the other girls in the group can lift 120kgs (264lbs) Frickety frick!! Also had a chat with the trainer afterwards about the food diary I had to keep last week and he said it was super impressive

Only thing he recommended was that I switch my sandwiches at lunch time to a wrap or salad and have a protein shake with it. Hmm we'll see lol... too easy taking sandwiches to work, I haven't quite got the knack of wrapping a wrap!!
This weekend should be ok I think, I'm heading down south to visit family tomorrow and going out for dinner for my mum's birthday. Going to a Chinese restaurant but I'm usually pretty healthy there... I'll count my meal as 500cals, I only ever get chili prawns/seafood and all that is is stir fried veg and meat. Only thing is the oil it's cooked in... I think 500cals is fair! Packing all my snacks and fruit and everything to take with me too so I'll be planning my meals for the whole weekend tonight and shopping before I leave tomorrow. How's that for dedication?!! Also organised with my trainer to have our Saturday session early morning so I don't miss any! I really really REALLY want to see another big loss on the scales come Monday!!! Then the week after it's our group weigh in again!
Oh and other news- I went shopping last night cuz my fav pair of jeans are getting a little baggy on my bum... I squeezed into a size 10 (American size 6 I believe) pair of super skinny leg jeans without any stomach overhang (lol) In a store that sizes their clothes really small too!!!! Excitement!!!

Food
Breakfast: 2 pieces wholemeal grain toast, 2 eggs, 2 beef chevups
Snack: Banana, oaty fruit bar
Lunch: Wholemeal grain sandwich with cheese, tomato, spinach
Snack: Apple, homemade blueberry muffin
Dinner: Chicken and black bean stir fry with mixed veg
Snack: Protein shake with skim milk
Exercise
1hr walk, 1hr gym cardio (yes, I'm making up for my laziness on Wed tonight!)
