Yay, I lost 9kg on my gym program, the instructor was really happy
The scales there always weigh me lighter than mine, so my weight is actually 69.4 :D I've already made my christmas goal...but not by my scales. I'm a little unsure of which scales I should follow more. But, since I've been updating this diary going by my scales, I guess I haven't quite made it yet. It was hovering between 70.5-71 today though, so I've moved the ticker down to 71.
The ticker at the bottom started at the gym scales (97kg) I was more 99 on the scales at home. This is all meaningless really though as long as the scales move down and I'm fitter.

Soo...measurements.
Waist- last time was 93cm, today it was 82 cm. 11cm
Hips- last time 105cm, today 98.5 cm. 6.5cm
Arms- didn't catch the measurement, but lost 2cm on each arm
Calves- both at 38cm, 1 cm and 1.5cm lost (they were at 39 and 39.5. Now even measurements).
This time he did the BF% too, which came out at 33%. Which is in the high catergory :( Ahwell, still have more weight to lose then, and more muscle to gain :D
But he was happy with the progress.
My initial goal was 70kg, which it looks like I've got to :) But I still have more to lose- next goal is the 65 I guess, which will bring me to a BMI of 23. I'm still 25.4 or something. 65 is the next target :D
I don't think I'll get a belly button ring just yet, because I still don't like my tummy, still think I'm fat so I wouldn't want to show it off. Need to be happy with my body before I add little bits like piercings and tattoos to it.

Yesterday, I made sure to drink no alcohol. It was in a party situation, with everyone around me having 3-4 glasses of wine. But I only had water :D


BF's surprise tonight :D
Exercise- 30mins at the gym. I ran for a couple of extra kms after the assessment.

Why does everyone want to give me tim-tams this year for christmas? Got more of them. They are under 100cals each, 11 in the packet. So 1 a day won't hurt too much :)
