Nearly time for work. I'll probably eat most of my dinner there.
Breaky and Lunch the same as other days :)
No exercise, may still be losing weight though, just slowly :(

Oh...and I bought a size 12 dress the other day :D (Used to be a size 14-18, depends on the clothes) Now a size 12-14 mostly :D
 
So today was Kung Fu day.
I did my normal training- 1.5hrs, but also a workshop for 3hrs, which was great! Except now i have bruises :(

Breaky- Yogurt, Berries and All bran- no honey. BF bought a different yogurt, with lots of vitamins added, sweeter and still the same cals, more carbs in it though.

Lunch- Morrocan marinated chicken and chickpea salad. Mmmm.

Dinner- Pasta.

Snack- no time for snacks, and my cals level are about right now too.

Haven't lost that much weight this week, silly no time for much exercise.
 
Most of the people i train against are stronger guys...they don't bruise as much :( No fair!
Some of the girls bruise as much as me though. I didn't give them bruises today though.
 
I'm starting to get the feeling that when i get to my goal of 70kg, it won't be enough. I'm only 5kg away, and it seems like I've still got a lot to lose/tone. :(
I hope I'll get there by Christmas, post some pics and see what you guys think..
70 puts me at the top of the BMI healthy range, so maybe aiming between 60-65 puts me in the 21-23 range.
We'll see. Thinking that I may have to get to 60kg is a bit depressing though, that means I still have to lose 15kg :(
My B'day is early Feb, so if i decide to keep losing weight, I may set another goal of 65 for my B'day :D

Anyway. My weight shifted up a little i think, maybe just water weight/period week coming up, going to be a stressful week too. But it will be good once its all over. I didn't exercise much either, so maybe thats why i've gained.

My mini goal this week- eat more vegies! Since joining fitday, i've started mini adjustments- first, more protein, second- less fat, third- more fibre, now, more vegies!
I only eat maybe 1-2 serves a day...so this week i'll aim for 3-4 serves a day :D

Counting- 6 Days til freedom/finished my course.:coolgleamA:
 
Food! :D

Breaky- yogurt, all bran and berries.

Lunch- Roast potato and pumpkin, some peas. Soup- pumpkin and zucchni. Stewed apples.
I was at work. Oh, my chef hates me. He heard that the 2 other girls and I were trying to lose weight, so he made us a banana smoothie- full fat milk, honey, ice cream and banana. It was yummy! Only drank 1/2 a cup of it.
Snack- carrot, cucumber.
Dinner- Stir fry lamb, capsicum, broccoli and zucchni, served over 1/2cup cooked cous cous with chick peas. cals- 473.

Total cals for the day- 1500 roughly.

Vegies for today- 5-6 serves :D On target :D
Exercise- walked to the shops.
 
Woke up early to go swimming this morning...but found the pool was closed for maintenance. The site said it would be open this morning!Grr, got out of bed at 6am for nothing :(
But I did get to the gym later :D yay :D

Food!
Breaky- Yogurt, all bran and berries
Snacks- Carrot, cucumber, zucchni chips.
Lunch- Tuna, Chick peas and mayo
Snack- Apple
Dinner- Quiche. Carrot, broccoli, capsicum, zucchni, egg, bacon (15g) and milk.
Snack- 1 slice multigrain toast.

Drinks- 6-7 glasses of water. 2 cups of milk to help with protein and calcium. No juice!
Vegies- 5 serves roughly. ^^
Total cals- 1550.
Because of work and gym...I ate most of the stuff before 12. Everything except the Apple and quiche. Very strange eating like that. Got home from work at 8:45.
I ate the apple at 7, but everything else I ate before midday sustained me through a gym workout and til 7! Hungry when i got home though.
 
Didn't wanna get out of bed this morning :( I could've slept alll day...but i got out at 7:30.

Got to the gym today, but was tired so didn't do the cardio class as well as a work out.

Food-
Breaky + lunch- same as usual
Snack- Apple
Dinner- 1/2 slice of toast, 1/2 piece of bacon, and maybe 1/4 cup of baked beans so far. Im not hungry. Water intake has been low. Period started :( but i don't feel bloated. I think I probably would've gone down in weight....
My cals for the day so far are 970, if I include the carrot i haven't eaten yet. Need to eat dinner i suppose so that my metabolism doesn't think i've gone strange.
Guess i'll just havta eat?
Edit- I ended up skipping eating the carrot. Dinner was Packet noodles (empty cals, lots of salt) mixed with vegies, and mince pork. This took the rest of my cals.
Vegies for today- not good enough! Maybe 2-3 serves?
Water- Not good enough!

Cals divided look ok though-
90g of protein
195g carbs
47g fats. Maybe a little high on fats, especially since it was mostly saturated fat :(

Counting- Tonight, Wed, Thu, FREEDOM!

In a bad mood today :(
Edited, coz i was being a bitch.
So I'm not pissed at my bf, more at myself, and he isn't here so I can blame him.
I've got 2 days til my recital, and I haven't practised enough. Thats my fault, and if the shopping hasn't been done, its no big deal.
I just kept putting off doing the work, now I'm outta form and I don't want to dissapoint the people that will come to see me perform, and I don't want to dissapoint myself. But, its too late now. Busy couple of days, so i've only got todays 2-3 hrs to practise, before a full band rehearsal. My fault, should't have bummed around so much on the weekend.


Todays food:
Breaky + Lunch the same.
snack- carrot. Out of apples.
Dinner- Scrambled eggs.


On a side note, I took some pics of me at 74-74.5kg, i'll post them here sometime as a reference/motivation to get my ass moving.

Hope I haven't scared anyone off, I'm not normally this bitchy. Or maybe i've already scared people off?

Long day..tired. Tomorrow things will be better.

Felt like crap yesterday, got really sick.
Felt better today though :) just long.
I'll try to be more motivated tomorrow :)

And I lost a kg, down to 73.5
Wasn't expecting this, my weight had been holding steady at 74.5 for a number of days.
Not sure if it will stick. Ate chocolate today to celebrate, went out for lunch- only had a falafel wrap at least. Now going out for drinks for a friends b'day- I'll try to only have one.
And on sunday night my bf's taking me out for dinner. Oooh.
Soooo, I don't know if i'll keep the kg off, but it feels good for now :D

At least I can get back into an exercise routine :D
 
Woo, and I only had 2 drinks last night. I felt a little anti social, everyone was drinking, and I think I was making my friend feel a little guilty :( which I don't want to do. But I chewed gum and brought water with me.
And I kept the weight off! It didn't bounce back up this morning (maybe it will later...)

So that was the weekend of bad eating...time to make it better this week. Except I still have the uni ball on tomorrow night. Hope not to drink too much tomorrow night...last year I puked :(
Saturday: Breaky + Lunch under control
Dinner- T/A chinese because friends came over while I was at work. But I didn't eat too much, mostly rice.

Sunday:
Breaky- normal
Lunch- At work, 1/2 small roast potato, 2 bits of pumpkin (1/4 cup at most) and some lamb (2 slices). Banana cake, it was yummy.
Dinner- Dumplings! My bf took me out to celebrate finishing my degree. We had dumplings, some eggplant and wine. I didn't really feel guilty- any weight I put on will be because I enjoyed the food, and can lose it later. I also had ice cream.
We went to see the Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, which is very strange and very Terry Gillium, but fun :D Also went for a long walk around the yarra river/city.
Only one other thing could've been added to the night.. but he'll get around to it one day...

Weight was still down at 73.5. It might even stay there!
 
Looking back through the pics made me realise i haven't lost that much this year. Maybe 5kg or so? I really need to get my ass into gear *presents butt to be kicked*

So goallll setting time.
I have my last uni ball in 3 weeks. I currently weigh 76ish. 3 weeks...should be able to lose 2 kg, right?

*First goal- be 74 kg by 24th November.

If I do this then finishing the course and getting to the ball should be a big enough reward. I may also get some new clothes.

Next. After this, I should have 1 extra day to get to the gym. It will be 4 1/2 weeks til Christmas by this stage, so I should be able to lose an extra 3-4 kg by then, putting me at my goal weight!

*Second goal- 70-71kg by Christmas

Yay! I made my first goal!
I've weighed in this morning at 73! Which means I'm a kg below the target. :D Makes the christmas goal easier :D

So I get to go to the uni ball tonight and take photos. Will try not to drink too much. Going to the gym soon, will do my program and a cardio class. :D
Also, since joining this forum, I've lost 5kg in the past 6weeks or something I've been on. Much better than I was doing before- I think its because of fitday actually, not just guessing.
3kg before christmas should be easy then!

Food yesterday:
Breaky and Lunch the same as usual.
Dinner- Curry, with wholemeal pita type bread, and veggies.
Total cals for yesterday- 1450ish. My target is 1600 cals, but I cut back a bit to make up for the weekend and today of eating a little more.
I went to the gym, but didn't get enough cardio done. I did all the muscle work, but the wine from the night before made my tummy strange. Felt a little off.

Food Today:
Breaky and lunch as usual.
Dinner- Uni ball :D

Edit instead of doing another post for the day.
Lunch today- only ate a little of it, and felt it was too salty. So I had an Up N Go instead.
Got to the gym, but only did my workout + catching up on the cardio I missed yesterday. Was sooo tired.
Went to try on my dress, and its too big! I've lost about 7 kg since the dress was made in china. Oops. So now I can tell i've lost weight off my back, around the shoulders + tummy. I think I may have lost some from my legs, but the dress size doesn't let me know. Guess I'll have to wait til I get reassessed at the gym.

Awww, back up to 73.5 today. Probably because of my food yesterday.
The ball was great! Bit sad that I won't catch up with a lot of them (excpet getting stuff on facebook) but its good to finish. I'll post some pics from it later.
So diner last night-
Finger food on arrival
Tortellini as an entre? The serving size would have been fine for a main!
Main course- Either chicken kievs or beef stir fry on noodles. I had the stir fry, and had a taste of the kiev. There weren't too many noodles or vegies but a lot of beef! I only ended up eating half of the main.
Dessert! Mmm chocolate fudge brownie/cake thing. It was yummy!
Drinks- 1 champagne, 1.5 glasses of white wine. Not too bad!
I still went over my cals though. Ahwell, I'll make up for it.
Personal stuff time!
Seems like my life is in waiting. In april, my bf and I went to China and we talked about getting married. But he said we should wait til I've finished studying. So i've waited for the last 7 months, but its hard not to talk about it with friends and stuff. I think my Mum would be a lot happier too since I moved out of home with him. Now I've finished, and I don't think he's even thinking about it...Guess we'll havta see. Guess I'm just getting impatient! :p

Breaky- Same as usual

Snack- Apple

Lunch- Boost juice with protein booster (284 cals. pity its straight carbs almost)
Snack- breaky burrito (bf recipe, homemade. I'd estimate it at 200-250 cals)
Dinner- Fried rice

Total cals: 1400. Little low to make up for yesterday. Not enough protein, fats or vegies.
Drank so much water today, in rehydration mode after drinking.
Exercise- none. Didn't get up early enough. Wish I was going to kung fu tonight, but am stuck with rehearsals.
 
Very tired today. And I have a craving for red meat, but I've already eaten enough for the day. I think this may be why I've been feeling off though- not enough Iron maybe?

Food for today-
Breaky and lunch the same. I'm going to use salmon instead tomorrow because I'm getting a little bored of my lunches. Time to mix it up ;)

Snack- Carrot. 40g chocolate.

Dinner- Hash brown, 1 rash of bacon, 1/2 grilled tomato. Some broccoli soup. And a few snacks (some of my bf's chips and a bite of burger). My eating has been weird today, now I feel like a sit down meal WITH RED MEAT but don't have the cals for it.

Exercise- cardio class.
Don't think I drank enough water either.
Sleep time :D

So my weights gone up :( I'm not sure if it will come straight back down or not, I did eat badly for a couple of days. So the scales says I'm around 73.5- 74. I should get better scales that are easier to read. No biggie though, I'll just work harder :D

Dinner tonight I think will be STEAK! RED MEAT :D

And movie night. I'll try to stick to carrots and stuff tonight :D
 
So I didn't eat the red meat last night :( I had shrimps at work instead! They are so good for protein, I never realised. Pity my bf doesn't like seafood :( So we don't eat it much.

Lunch- Steak! With pasta.
Dinner- Will prob be some soup.

Exercise- Kung Fu! Someone managed to get in a shot to my head :( Got a cut just above my top lip. But I managed to get in some head shots too! And another guy said that I was getting stronger and he'll be more careful of me next time...

I've joined up with the Advent challange on a different forum. Trying to work out what to hit on Christmas day...could make it easy like enough calcium or protein for the day...or something that would help more- like enough water on the day instead of drinking soft drink/alcohol. Or smaller plate size for the day. I'll think about it. The hardest one might be 10000 steps- don't own a pedometer. I may try for this one while doing christmas shopping. Good challenges though!
