Love my hubby...but would love to turn a head or two again....

AThanks for the support plain-jane :) :) I agree ...I know I have seen my self way different than people really did....I think I am slowly and surely getting to my minds eye view! :)
 
AOUT OF THE 180s!!!!!!! WHOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a very emotional day for me....I could cry!! This is the weight I was the DAY I delivered my second son....I could cry because I reached another goal and am so happy...and I could cry because how did I let it get this bad!!! I remember getting back to this weight in 2004 after reaching my high of 185 ever up to then....but it didn't last long....and some how ballooned to 220 over the next 7 years!!!

Proving to yourself how determined you are and unwrapping the sexy you!!
 
AWow! You're AMAZING! It must feel so good to get to that goal. You're one hell of an inspiration. Even when you hit a few bumps in the road, you keep going, and that takes SO much willpower.

ASo I am in hyper cruise / vacation planning mode and its so hard to get off this freaking computer for the last 2 days!!! But any way...due to my obsessive addiction to planning...I was able to get our booked staterooms switch to adjoin to my sis-in-laws cabin....which is great!! i am so happy about this!! it wasn't available when we book in Feb...and I stopped checking...well someone must have canceled and the one beside her opened up!! yea for us!! which means we ill get to "open" up our balconies...like the below pic!! I am so excited for vacay!!!

ans i just love the idea of the balcony.Didnt know that you have that on a cruise.Its like waking up in a floating hotel making coffee and opening your balcony door sit and drink your coffee in the ocean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i must be stupid but i really love it!!!!
 
CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE OUT OF THE 180's. You totally rock girlfriend. Im so so proud of you. Also that calender looks brilliant. I love how colourful it is. I may need to copy your fabolous darling ways to get back into diet mode:)

AThe calendar is from my http://www.sparkpeople.com/ account....it where I log all my food and exercise...I also have the mobile app and I truly believe between it and this forum that it has been the key to my success this time....I would be lost with out it and all of you of course!!!! :grouphug:
 
AFirst Snow of the season ...love it!! So pretty!! ...its a little early..but we have had snow in September before and as late as May.

OMG I had my "cheat" day yesterday...my calories where 1899..not to to bad...but my fat grams were 181!!! How the freak is that even possible...I mean that is 7 days worth of fat!!!! I don't even know what to do to help the damage I did!! I have had high fat days before but never 181!!! OMG I FEEL SO SO SHITTY!!! Not physically ...MENTALLY!!! ugh!!
 
A181?! If you managed that on only 1900 calories I hate to think how much fat my mammoth choccie splurge contained yesterday!

OMG ...hahahah...lol..I am such a dumb ass... :iamwithstupid: that pre packaged brownie I had only had 12 grams not 120!!! LMAO....it was only 76 for the day...still bad but but manageable...and I had pizza...mcdonalds and brownies...and chips!! so it was a bad bad day...could have been that bad in fat...lmao. ..So I reajusted my calculator and it was 2009 in Calories and only 76 grams of fat for the day. who would have thought I would have felt relieved with 80 grams of fat for the day...haha
 
Ais it necessery to count the fat grams?i dont do that,never thought of it before now reading your post.Do you do it only for health reassons or is it necessery for loosing weight?

I don't bother to separate meals.....makes it easier to use the mobile app on my phone. I don't keep track individuality ...but the calorie counter does it automatically by what i log into the system...I do like it because it helps me keep balanced. Not to high or low on any one thing.
