I too many times dont want to come on when ive beenreally bad , but that what counts, coming on and writing the truth.

. The important thing is that you ARE feeling disappointed in yourself. Because without that ot-oh feeling, you would become a glutton again (like me!). You still have a calorie defecit. you haven't blown it! Its FINE! Tomorrow is a new day, and if you want it to be fabulous, it will be!
