Losing weight...

Hello, i was wondering how i could lose weight efficiently. i am a pretty big guy, 200 pounds, 5'8. i run alot, but i cannot seem to sweat. only in the lower back area i can sweat, not the upperback. my head doesnt even sweat. im wondering if i go on the bike for 20 minutes then do strength training (upper body then next daymid then next day lower) would work. ive been working out for about 2 months, seen results, but lost it during the summer. please help me out.

sweating has nothing to do with fat loss or gaining muscle mass.

i work my ass off at the gym, but if they have the A/C cranked, I barely get sweaty even in the armpits.

1. Figure your macro requirement for cutting
2. Devise a diet based on that macro requirement
3. Keep all complex/simple carbs to meal 1, pre, post, and post-post workout meals.
4. Perform cardio 5-7 days per week.
5. Create a weight training routine.

Ok, I think you should do some of these things. You should make yourself a workout routine. Say 3x a week full body. Here is a link that is great for making a workout plan... That is what I use. And you should also use this site since it will tell you everything man.
Good luck.
