ABOO! I wrote a huge post and deleted it.... HATE THAT!
Tete - Thanks for the compliment, hehe. You say I don't even lok preggers - I do now! hahaha. I WANT to, but I'm still kind of at that in between phase! I feel like I have really popped in the last week though, so might need to make sure my dress still fits! EEK! And about my collar bones -

this is one of those things about me that I have always loved - I have always had little shoulders and sticky-outy collar bones, even when I was 25kg more, so I think I can thank my genetics for that one!
Cate - thanks lovely!

I can't wait for all those excited cuddles from my family
Kate - I'll do my best to keep you guys up to date but my folks only have dial up internet so chances are there will be quite an absence... I'll see how I go. And

Thanks!!!

17 WEEKS PREGNANT
SOOOO I got to see Beanie again! Here he/she is! - it's not quite as good a picture as last time, because Beanie was doing a headstand and wouldn't budge. But it's still cool! I really have to stop myself from referring to Beanie as a 'him' - it's weird. It's strange for me to think that it really might be a little girl in there!

Beanie is doing really well, PHEW - I have been a bit worried because I was so sick, and what with all my crazy coughing... and then I actually got food poisoning on Tuesday (long story) so I've been a bit worried. And I can't WAIT to feel him/her move... it will be so reassuring to be able to keep tabs on things a bit!
WEIGH DAY
I know I know.. but I haven't weighed myself for a month!!!!! It's difficult, because I used to weigh myself every day. My morning routine: Get out of bed, go to the toilet, strip off and jump on the scales. THEN have a shower (I heard that once upon a time you absorb a lot of weight through inhalation of steam and skin absorption...), a glass of water, vitamins, then eventually breakfast. NOW I get up, have lots of water with my vitamins (because they test my pee,so I want to look very healthy and hydrated!), eat breaky, put on my bajillion layers of winter clothes, then go and get weighed. Hmm... Lat time I weighed in at exactly 2kg more than what I had weighed at home myself. Now I've moved house and have no scales so I'm assuming it's about the same... The result? Well I have put on 2.1kg in 4.5 weeks, which is apparently perfect. 87.1kg from 85. PHEW!!!!! I was worried because I've been eating like a maniac - or a monster - a cheese monster. And because I've been sick I have done no exercise at all... so PHEW! BUT the doc says my iron and my blood pressure are low, so I'm keeping an eye on that and taking some of my liquid iron supplements to try and top it up. The thing she's most worried about though is that I have no immunity to chicken pox, which is apparently a huge problem. So I have to be reallyl really aware.... and really hope that no little kid on the train is secretly harbouring spots...
We had our housewarming last night and it was SO nice. I forget how many friends we have here until they are all in the same room! So much love and laughter and GREAT food - YUM! I made some really yummy things - gingerbread, spinach and feta puff things, and lots of dips (hummus, tzatziki, spicy roast camspicum, olive) with stacks of veggie sticks... and everyone else brought something little to share. I made a huge pot of Gluhwein (umm... English word? Mulled wine I suppose?) and Dunc did a big mission to the local Brauhaus (shit. English word. umm.... BREWERY! haha) and got some great fancy beers, so it was just lovely. Everyone loves our place and my belly got lots of comments.

I wore a dress that I borrowed from my friend Iida, and it really shows off the little bump which makes me feel lovely.
I looked at my 6 wks preggers photo today. My how things have changed!
