Hi there! Im sorry you struggle, food addiction is not fun! Im still struggling myself a bit.
I havent been on here in a while so I changed things up and am losing weight again.
First, I stopped worrying about my calories and started concentrating on better choices. Personally, I HATE being hungry and I understand I will binge if I let myself get hungry. So I eat! I just make better choices. Example, I used to snack on chocolate and cookies as my main source of snacks, now? Half a deli meat sandwich on multrigrain bread. Just bread, meat and mustard. This is a good choice bc its good carbs and protein! I still get hungry a couple hours later but I dont crave unhealthy food as much now. This is my current diet
Brekky- overnight oats (regular oatmeal is great too), or healthy cereal
Snack- half a sandwich or something with protein and carbs (could be a glass of yummy chocolate milk even!)
Lunch- lately its been an unhealthy Raman noodles with nutella on crackers

, but im making the switch to 2-3 eggs and a fruit smoothie
1st afternoon Snack at 2pm- another half sandwich (deli meat or pb and honey

)
2nd Snack at 4pm- a treat! 2 chocolate cookies atm
Supper- medium portion but allowed everything
Snack- keep is small but anything! Another treat maybe? 1 cookie!
I pair this with tons of pacing. 20k-25k steps a day while pacing back and forth in my kitchen or hallway. I also do a 10 min pilates workout mon-sat. No weights.
These are the only videos I do. She has 5 min workouts that I do.
Mon,Wed, Fri- I do 5 mins arms and 5 mins abs
Tues, Thurs, Sat- I do 5 mins legs and 5 mins back.

As for praying...YES!
Philippians 4:6-7
New Living Translation
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
I have found prayer super helpful. I believe its why I am making better choices and rather than starving myself to lose weight, i am fueling my body so I can be strong and be active to burn extra calories.
Thats great u walk a bit! But I would recommend 10k-15k a day to start burning extra calories, otherwise u might have to count calories and stick to a lower calorie diet. Wear good shoes!
And finally, if u get bored while walking lots, I love listening to worship music and worshiping God and spending a lot of time in prayer, but that's just me!
Hello, thank you so much for your response! All your advices are very helpful! I finally started yesterday and say i will control myself for what i eat after 6 pm. I stayed on this for yesterday and i decide every day to be stuck on this. I will try to walk a little bit more. Today i feel better, my belly more relaxed although i think about my energy level if it is low because of the yesterday diet. I am not hungry now but i don't know until the end of the day. I feel certain that i should make changes to my previous program and lose the additionally kgs not only for the aesthetic look but also for healthy reasons. With less kgs I can more easily move, walk, run. I think about praying too. Praying gives me strength and relaxes me from worries that are with tiredness the main reason for my addiction to food. My short goal is to stay on track for one week . I want to see if it is achievable and then decide to continue. It's a great challenge for me because i have a lot of chores to do in the evening and my rest time is limited. However i will try and with the great support of the people of this community i think it would be easier. Anyway i 'll update for my progression. I hope i step forward to my goal and not back. Thank you again for your reply. In any case I feel it’s easier to achieve your goal if you speak with people that cope with similar issues and give you ideas about how they manage to achieve their goal!
