♡°♡Losing the last 13 pounds♡°♡

Afternoon

Had a sub for lunch, it was hot lunch at my kids school yesterday and my one kid doesn't like subs, but wanted the cookie that comes with the meal, so I got the sub today! It was so good. I also had a cookie.

Then I paced for a while. I got 20k steps. Then we took the kids to the park for a while.

When we got home, we had to leave to my MIL's place to set up her bed tv. Took forever! But hubs got it done.

Came home and made pizza for supper. I ended up having some of my husbands crust from his pizza. Putting me just under 1800.

Cleaned up and gave the kids a snack. Whatever they wanted. Then I paced for a while.

Got kiddos in bed then got a massage cuz my back was hurting
 
Afternoon

Morning

I got a nice massage last night, so nice that I fell asleep. I woke up on the couch at 4:40am. I got up and made 2 mochas and paced.

I paced for 2 hrs then got the kids up. They refused brekky cuz they were a little under the weather.

Hubs got up and I started laundry and cleaned kitty litter. Then I paced till it was time for church.

----------

I fell asleep on my hubbys shoulder 😪 I tried my best to stay awake but I couldn't. *Sigh*

Then we went grocery shopping and spent too much.

Came home, put groceries away and had a deli meat sandwich for lunch. Yum.
 
Morning



Up at 5, showered, 2 mochas, oatmeal and pacing.



I'm excited today! I started my new workout routine. I'll be using 10 lb weights. This is the plan:



Monday- 10 min upper body, 5 min abs

Tuesday- 10 min lower body

Wednesday- 10 min upper body, 5 min abs

Thursday- 20 min full body with 5 lb weights with church ladies

Friday- 10 min lower body

Saturday, Sunday- Active rest days with pacing



My step goal is 20k a day

I paced for 1.5 hrs, then got the kiddos up and fed. Hubs then left for work.



I got the kids ready for school and off we went, thank goodness! I need a day alone, I've been grumpy all weekend. I think bc I binged over the weekend😔. But I'm determined not to binge anymore.

I went to walmart got eggs and tuna.



Took 🐻 out for a walk, then had some tuna mixed with hot sauce and mustard. Then worked out! But I could not do 10 lbs lol, I used my 7's but that was still too heavy during some exercises. So I'm going to use 5 lbs instead. But it was a decent workout.



Then I went to the library to exchange some books for the kids. Came home and did chores. I finished that so I paced for 30 mins. Then MIL picked me up to watch my kids cross country practice.
 
Afternoon

My stomach has been bothering me and Ive been constipated for a while. I think it's the oatmeal, so I'm exchanging that for toast from now on. Sorry lol, *tmi*

Got home from cross country and made lunch. I'm trying to eat healthier with more protein, so I had 2 eggs with hot sauce, toast with pb, honey and sliced banana. So good.

Then I baked banana bread, did dishes and laundry. Then I played fetch with 🐻 outside for a bit. Came in and sat down browsing Instagram for a while.

At 3 I had some more tuna then picked up the kids. Gave the kids a snack and I was feeling bingy, so I had a maple cookie. Killed my urges and tasted so good. Then did homework with the kids and halfway through, MIL came over. She finished reading with them so I could prep carrots.

Then we sat and chatted for a while then I set the table. Hubs got home at 5:30! Early 😁

Supper was honey garlic sausages, perogies (I had 3) and carrots. So good. These are my favorite sausages, dipped in mustard....mmm yummers. Oh and homemade chocolate chip cookies, I had 1.

Then MIL and I did dishes. Then we all hung out chatting in the living room. Then she left early to pack for a 2 week vacation.

Then hubs did homework with our youngest.

Then it was bedtime. Then I had a loooooong hoot and now I'm tired.
