Nice work man. I know what you mean about pushups and stuff like that getting easier. I weighed 279lbs early this spring but I'm down to 241lbs right now, just from eating smarter (every 3 hours but SMALL meals instead of LARGE ones) and drinking water instead of soda etc. I couldn't even do 1 pushup when I started and I can do 15-20 now, it's great. I've still gotta lose another 50lbs or so though. Keep on truckin' I suppose! If I can get down to 180-190 it'll be the skinniest I've ever been in my entire life, haha. Keep it up!!
