I would lay off exercising for a week, keep applying ice. Take tylenol, stretch. Let your body rest and catch up. This is oviously new to your body and you're taking it from zero to sixty in 1 second.
I've felt like this too, even sore to the touch, which is a bad sign.
Train, don't over train.
