My pain is gone

Hey everybdy

I did like you guuys said. Keep apllaying Ice. Now my pain is gone.

This is my daily work out plan,

1) 90 mins of cardio. ( Keeping my heart rate pumping the hole time)

2) Weight.

3) my crunches.

4) Star master.
 
hi Iris, it looks as though (from reading your posts) your well on your way. I just wanted to say, that in the last post you wrote that part of your plan was to do 90min of cardio... if you plan on doing the whole 90min at once you will start eating away at your lean muscle instead of targeting fat. The ideal time for fat loss during cardio is 45-60min. I hope this helps...
 
Iris... too much. I wouldn't work out more than an hour a day. Actually I work out for about 30 minutes most days. Doing more is NOT better. You want quality over quantity.

I SHOUDENT WORK 4 HOURS EVERYDAY?

I KNOW JILLIAN BOOK IT SAY NOT TO WORK OUT 4 HOURS A DAY BUT FOUR HOURS A WEEK.

4 hour workout?

Right now Im working out four hours a week not four hours a day.

HERE IS MY WORKOUT PLAN I AM CURNTLY DOING.

WARM UP- 30 MINS ON TREDMILL.

DOING MY WEIGHTS.

THEN KICK BOX.

THEN GO HOME WORK OUT WITH MY JILLIAN mICHAELS DVD.

JILLIAN IS THE BEST KICK ASS TRAINER!!! SHE WILL WHIPP U PEOPLE IN TO SHAPE. GET HER BOOK CALLED WINNING BY LOSEING.

AND GET HER DVD IT WILL TONE YOU UP AND BRUN FAT.!!!



in a couple of weeks in My home place New York city where I am living now it is the world trade center of the STEPEMBER 9-11 tribuite. THE WORLD TRADE CENTER GOT HI-JACK. I am really sad beacuse my friend died.
 
hi Iris, are you doing the whole 4 hours on one day? I think what jillian means is that you spread those for hours over you week...
 
Iris, you need to listen to us. 4 hours a day of training is why you hurt yourself before!!

More doesn't mean better. My wife is way more overweight than you, we're talking over 230lbs and she's 5'8". she's been losing almost 2 lbs of pure fat a week, with 3 full body workouts (about 40mins at the gym) and 3 cardio workouts (about 30mins each) per week.
That's right, less than an hour a day, and a full day off every week, and she's losing fat and put on a pound of muscle in 3 weeks.

Dr. Berardi (note the title) says five hours a week is sufficient. That's like 1.25 hours of workout four times a week.

The rest of the time, just get out of the house and do something, play vollyball, soccer, walk around and see the sights, etc.

Just do something!

Yea but on the ranch of the Biggest loser all the contestent they work out 4 hours a day!!

But yea Im gonna break it to 4 hours a week.
 
Im Injured

Hi everyone,

I went out to go run for my morning cardio. While I was Running I sprained my ankle. I cryed like a baby!!! I was in so much pain!!!

I was so embarssed everybody was staring at me today witch to much attention.

And then the Paramedics had to lift me up!! I cant hop on one foot. I will lose my blance!

The doctor said I wont be able to work out for at least one month!!

That means Im gonna gain the pounds!! Beacuse I cant runn jump or anything!!

Jesus help Me!

Don't watch that show! That show is probably the sh*ttiest show for fat loss. They put the people through unreasonable trials.

Beacuse of my stupid ankle!!!

Iris,

Keep in mind that TV shows are just that... TV shows. They are not real life. You do not have a trainer, medical team, nutritionist, and a plethora of coaches by your side day and night.

be smart about fat loss and working out. Spraining your ankle is a sign of over training.

I WENT TO THE DOCTOR TO GET MY ANKLE REWRAPED BEACCUSE YESTERDAY I WENT MINES.

THEN THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT I DONT NEED IT BEACUSE HE GONNA DO SOMETHING FOR ME

HE SAID HE GONNA POP MY ANKLE BACK IN PLACE. BEFOR HE TOLD ME HE GONNA POP IT BACK IN PLACE.

HE SAID IRIS I NEED YOU TO THINK OF A PLACE THAT YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO GO TO. I SAID MEXICO.

SO I SAID OK. THEN WITH OUT TELLING ME HE POP MY ANKLE BACK IN PLACE!!

I WAS SAW SCREAMING LIKE ****!!!

TEARS WHERE COMING DOWN MY EYES.

BUT SEE I CAN WALK AGAIN!!!

Im not one to be rude, but please Iris, if you have come here to get some good advice and lose weight without damaging your body PLEASE listen to what everybody is saying and stop being extreme!! extremeness will never work. Doing it the right way will
 
Iris!!! PLEASE listen to what everyone is telling you!!! You MUST let yourself rest and heal!! You will end up permanetly injuring yourself!! I know you want to keep going, but you must baby your ankle. If you dont, you will be no good to anyone, especially yourself! Take it from someone who teaches classes and hurt her ankle this past week. Even though Im not setting the best example, I have been teaching on a platform ONLY, and keeping everything LOW, Im serious, you must REST. Your health, especialy joint health, is your number one concern, then working out
