I don't know what it is, but I just don't feel well at all. I keep sneezing. I know myself well enough to know that I don't have a cold. Maybe it's just allergies or something. I didn't feel well yesterday either, so I just rested instead of exercising. I guess that must've worked cuz I'm down a few more ounces today.
The cool thing is that I didn't feel well last week either, and decided not to exercise, and then I dropped in weight. That's pretty good. I'm gonna start listening to my body more.

The back of my thighs are killing me. I need to do some hamstring stretches or something. I know it's from working out. In Walk N Tone, I do this move where I have to kick my legs back... and I guess it's getting to me. But I guess that's a good thing, I know the exercise is working. But every time I sit down I can feel it.
