I'm doing pretty well. I had a great day in my weight training class. On Friday we're going to do a body composition test. I'm excited! I get to show everyone how much lean muscle I have compared to the other girls in the class!

I already know I'm somewhere around 19% BF. I'm mainly trying to impress the teacher. I think he underestimates my ability to lift weights. The other girls in the class sit around and lift light weights and giggle to each other. I take my workouts pretty seriously. My goal is to get down to 15%. I'll feel so strong once I'm there!

Also don't consume more at one go and make it a habit to take many meals....What happens is if you don't consume more at one go then mostly all your calories are going to be burnt and chances of unburnt calories which increase your weight and lead to complications are reduced.....

What? I didn't understand a word of this.

The law of energy balance plays here. It's all about energy in versus energy out. If you're suggesting that at one meal, if you eat too much, you'll store it as fat, is silly and ridiculous as it isn't the total truth.

How come the spammer dude's telling us not to eat spicy foods? I think it's really good for you if you're planning to lose some weight because A. It makes you sweat, B. It'll makes you eat less (because it's spicy) and C. He just doesn't make any freakin sense.
