Watch your Diet very carefully. watch what you are taking.
Most people do watch their diet. As a matter of fact, Americans as well as people across the globe are more health conscience than ever before. Despite the fact that customers are more health conscience, obesity continues to be a problem; there are many theories to this, but one thing remains true that food is more accessible than ever before. You will rarely find an American, European, some Asian, who is hungry and unable to meet the basic staple needs such as bread, rice, pasta, and so fort.
Don't take oily or spicy food and avoid junks.
There is no such thing as "junk food" or food that you want to avoid. Every food known to humankind can be eaten and keep you alive and moving. What needs to be understood is that not all food are created equal. Certain food, such as the ones you find in fast food restaurants, typically contain high calories density, and low overall value in terms of your daily need. Eating just a small amount is fine, but the food can easily be eaten in excess. In theory, any food can become "junk food" simply because eating too much of one particular food is bad. Variety, moderation, and understanding are the keys to weight management.
The key to enjoying food is to understand that food is required to live. Avoiding food is like telling someone to avoid breathing in the city because it might be bad for you.
A food rich in protein with proper balance of carbohydrates and fibers are ideal...
The average American gets over the amount of daily protein requirements. Body buildings, and other special population might require more protein in their diets, but overall protein deficiency is rarely occurring unless an unusual diet is followed.
Understanding what protein, fiber, and carbohydrates are is important to anyone wishing to become better. I won't explain, but it can easily be found in many nutritional books that aren't biased towards one diet plan. Your genetics, as well as your race, may play a very important role in how much of one particular food group you are required to eat per day.
Also don't consume more at one go and make it a habit to take many meals....What happens is if you don't consume more at one go then mostly all your calories are going to be burnt and chances of unburnt calories which increase your weight and lead to complications are reduced.....
What? I didn't understand a word of this.
The law of energy balance plays here. It's all about energy in versus energy out. If you're suggesting that at one meal, if you eat too much, you'll store it as fat, is silly and ridiculous as it isn't the total truth.
