Loose stomach gain abs

I am a 29 almost 30 year old woman who has had 3 children and would like to work on my stomach. What kind of exercises can I do to tone up my stomach?

Have you ever tried pilates? it works your whole body, helps your balance, flexability and core strenght. I don't have a chance to work out often, but I do take an hour class each week and walk as much as possible (park far away from work, stores, etc.). If I don't have time for my regular class I just do it at home whenever I can steal a few minutes! I tend to gain weight in the midsection very quickly, and it seems to be the only bad area I have! All you need is comfortable clothes, a video and a mat. I hope this helps. Good luck!
 
If you want to tone up your stomach, the last thing you should focus on is "ab exercises."

Instead focus on:

-eating clean (e.g. more lean protein, less refined carbs): You can very easily get a flat and toned stomach by just doing this step alone.

-build muscle by strength training

-cardio
