Have you ever tried pilates? it works your whole body, helps your balance, flexability and core strenght. I don't have a chance to work out often, but I do take an hour class each week and walk as much as possible (park far away from work, stores, etc.). If I don't have time for my regular class I just do it at home whenever I can steal a few minutes! I tend to gain weight in the midsection very quickly, and it seems to be the only bad area I have! All you need is comfortable clothes, a video and a mat. I hope this helps. Good luck!
