According to this:
At 5'11" 191 pounds, I am now exactly at the 50th percentile among American men my age in terms of BMI (26.6).
Even more interestingly (I'm not sure this is possible, but it does make some sense) I think my height may have increased by roughly half an inch. Back in the 360 pound days after I got my medical scale, I measured my height at around 70.5 inches. I made a mark on my now famous bathroom wall and measured that and confirmed it. Today, for grins, I used the scale again for my height and I was a tick above 71 inches. I measured again on the bathroom wall, and indeed the new mark was about half an inch above the old one.
That sounds nuts at first blush, but between pressure on my spine and also downward pressure on the ligaments and cartilage and joints and stuff, I think it is quite possible for natural posture to improve to the point where you "grow".
What this really means is that when I was 5'10.5", I was actually 5'11". All of my online calculators and stuff were all set to 70.5 inches, so I'm actually a touch further ahead than I thought I was.
