Looking to lose an extra human I apparently picked up along the way

Took a video just for a screencap for my dating profile, but figured you'd guys would be entertained by the video:

I'm going to put a picture up of me pouring the box into my mouth. If my dating life is going to be unsuccessful, I can at least elevate it to performance art.

Anyway 175 even this morning. Getting a little ambitious and I've decided to start making videos where I kind of describe things I went through in trying to lose weight and conclusions I've drawn along the way. And maybe there can be tips and hints in there that might help someone else, or might not I guess. I already videoed it, I'm going to edit it up a little and post it later.

The real reason is that apparently I need attention and youtube videos are where one goes to get that attention these days...
 
Is your video some way of avoiding bad dates V, by maybe not having any? This one could appeal to a total fruit loop! (Bad pun intended.) I think it's a great idea doing some videos with your story & helpful hints etc. Not sure who you're trying to appeal to with this one though! Well done on getting that weight back down so fast & getting yourself back on track.
 
You are a weirdo Vee. I'm not sure who that video will attract. I can say that seeing you in video rather than pics that you are fit and handsome. I look forward to seeing your weighloss videos.


If you're set on going off the deep end may I recommend for inspiration.
 
I just reread that you said "for a screencap". I guess you're not as big of a weirdo then, but I still like you anyway.
 
The explanation is that I state in my profile my love of Cinnamon Crumble cereal. And so I was going to post a picture of me gobbling it out of the box. I made the video because it's too hard to take a picture and gobble cereal at the same time, so I'm going to use a screencap from the video.

Anyway my video on desserts is up. I hope it makes some sense. There's an artifact on the lens (which I fixed), I don't enunciate properly through much of it and it runs way too long because of long pauses while I chew. D-. I'm hoping I get better at this on subsequent efforts. My bad Chicago accent will unfortunately be hard to get rid of...

177 this morning. My body fat monitor has yet to record a number lower than 18% since I returned from my exericse haitus, so I kinda new I was butting up against a lower limit at that 175. But the progress is happening and both the diet and exercise are squared away so it's just a matter of time as long as I stick to the plan. One of the great things about having success with this stuff is it makes it real easy to have confidence that doing the right things will lead to results.

Going to try and kick around ideas in my head for more videos. Something I've been wanting to do for a while for a variety of reasons, some of them self-improvement related, some of them work related (doing TV and media work is something that could come up in the near future due to my job, so getting a little more comfortable speaking on camera could be useful).

I watched your WHOLE video. I think you did great especially considering you're a newbie at it. I give you much credit because I'd be far to hesitant to ever put my mug and my voice online like that. By the way, I honestly have no idea why you're having a hard time with dating. You're looking great! :)

177 again this morning, however I had my first sub 18% body fat reading since getting back on track a few weeks ago, so everything's still pointing in the right direction.

The games for baseball Spring Training begin today and while I'm tempted to go, there's only a couple games and none of them are of personal interest. Plus a cold front came in yesterday and it's only supposed to get up to 65 today. Also I want to get my basketball in today and the games are all day games. However it looks good for tomorrow as it's supposed to be a little warmer and I can lift before or after the game if I want.

Got a recall notice on my car in the mail yesterday. Apparently something might happen where my car will randomly burst into flames. Would suck. So I have to take it into the dealer have them fix whatever the defective part is. Hopefully it won't be too disruptive to my schedule as March is easily the busiest time of year for me.

Yeah, you might want to get that checked out. Although, you would have a nice toasty warm flame to keep you warm in your chilly 65 degree weather. haha. You could make smores or something too! I want smores. Sigh. ..... Getting back on track the first day is hard, as you can tell... my train of thought went from your car bursting into flames to smores. lol!

Anyway... hopefully the car repair doesn't take too long. :)
 
We had an urgent call on friday to get all the cars checked monday (=yesterday), I´m not responsible for our vehicles so I didn´t take the call but they didn´t even tell us what the risk was :)
 
175.5 this morning, and I also registered 17.7% on the body fat monitor. Very nice. Just back from basketball.

Hey Q,

If you're around (I know you have some work in South Texas), do you have an opinion on BCAA supplements?
