Well,

So in the rest of the world, today is Thursday, November 27 and I've lost 90.7 kg. In the US, it's Thanksgiving and I've lost 200 pounds. This doesn't feel so bad.
What's the next milestone? At this point, where my head is currently at, there's really only one possibility: the finish line (at least for the actual initial weight loss portion of this journey). At 160 I'd be a 22.3 BMI, which is certainly slender, but at least numerically not anything sickly or anorexic.
Body fat: my five day average on my body fat monitor is 17.5% and my five day average on my weight is 175.9. If I lose 15.9 pounds, and assuming a 3:1 ratio of fat loss to lean mass loss (which is a normalish rate, but it's certainly possible I could do better than that), I'd be at 11.8% body fat at 160.

I don't know if I'll look like that, but you get the general idea. So the finish line will be 160 or whenever I get a five day average of 10% body fat, whichever comes first (likely the 160). When I get to 160, I'll shell out the two hundred bucks and go back for the DEXA scan to get the exact (or as close as you can get while still alive) numbers. At a pound a week average, that makes it Wednesday, March 18 as the ETA.
Anyway, thanks for reading this far. Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends and happy Thursday to everyone else. I've earned my turkey and pumpkin pie today. Take care.
