Hey, Liz. I was thinking about you this last weekend. I had the kids in the back yard and we were passing the sliotar around. My son (6) is a natural, but we don't have any leagues here, so there is zero chance of him developing it.

How's the gym going? What are you doing these days?

not much going bk 2 collage in 2 weeks so ill have to go to the gym in the evenings with the fiance, i hate going inb the evenings can never breathe it does be so busy.

The championships are drawing to a close now the final is on in 3 weeks, my county lost the semi final last sunday:(
 
My mams goin on hols 4 d week so dropped down her stepper to me to use while shes away- ive burned 700 cals on it and im feeln v positive i want to get outta this slump ASAP :biggrinjester:

Bad day

im in a v bad mood today- the second i woke up ijust KNEW it was gonna be one of those days, and the most ANNOYING THING!!! '

I just finished my periods 8 days ago and they are back AGAIN! i am SO pissed off :cuss:
 
hi all

was weird i couldnt get on this site for the last 24 hours it kept coming up as "page cannot be displayed" TBH i freaked a little as ive really come to rely on this site for support

I called the doc regarding the 2 periods in 1 month thing and it turns out my bodys just getting back to normal after having my concertptive rod removed(getting it replaced next month) so PHEW IM NOT DYING, Though i am bloated and moody- my poor fiance doesnt know whats going on i was all PMSy last wk n he thought was over 4 the month bt no ha ha:)

Diet and exercise wise im very much back on the wagon worked out the last 4 days v happy with myself:)

Dont know if i should step on the scales sat as ill be up with the water retention from my periods but its the oddest thing even though im bloated my clothes are looser:eek:

Maybe im just going crazy with all the blood loss:smilielol5::smilielol5:

weighed myself today- i am 202LBS YAY!!!!!!!!!

i have lost 3 pounds , PLUS i am still on my periods(water retention) PLUS i was JUST after my lunch and a glass of water when i weighed myself which means i could be lighter still!!!!!!!!!

amazing progress!!

Hi! Just read your whole journal. You are doing AMAZING! I'm still in shock that a couple of times you dropped 7 pounds in a week! You surpassed so many mini-goals and you are ahead of the game. Keep it up and you will be at your ultimate goal in no time! Also, keep in mind that the closer you get to your ideal weight, the slower the progress. It's not always the case, but don't get down on yourself if it is. You are making excellent progress! I am amazed at your determination! You have really inspired me :D :smash:
 
What are you doing for workouts?

10 min warm up on the bike + stretches

30 mins on tredmill incresing speeds and inclines as i go

15 mins(or more depends now im feeling) on the cross trainer incresing speeds and inclines as i go

If im feeling energised ill go back on the tredmill

if not 10 mins cool down on the bike , then my stomach crunches+ stretches

The reson that happens is every now and again i take a few days off my diet to avoid a platuea and my metablosim shoots up so i tend to lose a good bit of weight when i go back to it

Also, keep in mind that the closer you get to your ideal weight, the slower the progress. It's not always the case, but don't get down on yourself if it is.
I know but hoping by doing my day off thing and fooln my metablosim i can avoid it slowing down:)

You are making excellent progress! I am amazed at your determination! You have really inspired me :D :smash:
