OMG i ate so much crap the weekend gone i dont even want to think about weighin myself tho i bet ive gone up about 4- 5 lbs

I did the same thing and I DID go up 4 lbs. I know that when I workout tonight though I will be down at least 2 lbs by tomorrow morning.

ok lads i have added up ALL the food and drink i have had from friday - sunday and i had (brace yourselves)

11,046 calories(OMG LIKE!)

OUT OF THAT 4609 CALS WAS ALCOHOL

5028 WAS EATING OUT( WE ATE OUT 3 TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF THE WEEKEND)

AND THE REST WAS JUST LITTLE NIBBLES(A CONE HERE A BAR THERE)

So seen as 3500 is a pound ive put up between 3-4 lbs over the weekend, im not overely mad about it as i said id enjoy the weekend seen as im not going anywhere in the next few months

But how scarys that like 11,000 cals in a weekend, i tell ya my body never felt so bad!

Surprising? no.

I'm not going to think about how many calories I ate this weekend. Not as bad as it could have been, but pretty bad.

I had a pizza and chicken wing disaster at 2am at the bar about a month ago, when I got home, in a very inebriated state, I counted the cals. In one night at the bar, including drinks I had over 6000 calories. I wept. It was drunken weeping, but weeping none the less. Heres to recovering from binges and getting on with the program.

The main reason why I became an organic meat eater/fish eater/kinda vegetarian is because of those damn chicken wings. I used to barely be able to pass them on a menu without thinking twice about getting them. Now they don't even cross my mind. This also helps me to not indulge in fast food like Mcd's and burger king. But I think when I get down to 129 or my goal I WILL be eating about 2 lbs of chicken wings. MARK MY WORDS!! Then that will be it. I think it will be much deserved.

I have beaten my record on the cross trainer WWWWWWWWOOOOOHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

45 mins was my record and today i was on it for 1 hour

*ok i know it doesnt sound like much but im SO thrilled:)
 
Woohoooo! you have given me a goal to beat my record of 55 mins on the elliptical tonight. Now I hope the one with no time limit is available...the other three have a 30 min time limit and then you have to reset it.
 
ok this is a week of records

i normally burn about 700 cals in the gym and today i burned 1000 BY ACCIDENT!!! I was on the cross trainer working away watching telly (50 mins btw) and i was on 15 on the restriction, anyway i pressed the calorie button to see how i was doing and i saw 958 cals - i was like WTF!!! but i dont normally go to 15 so that was prob it, so i went to the 1000 and was V happy with myself

Weigh day tomorrow, i havnt weighed myself for about 10 days and i was 211 then, but then i had that 11,000 cal binge the weekend i was away so not sure how to count this one....

Wish me luck (any1 fancy cutting off 1 of my limbs maybe ill weigh in smaller:sifone:)
