25 reasons i want to lose weight
These are the reasons I want to lose weight. Found this on someone elses diary and thought why not.
25 reasons why I want to lose weight:
1.) Because my family love me and have told me time and time again that they are scared ill have a heart attack.
2.) I want to be able to play with my nieces and nephews without having to stop for breath
3.) I hate the fact that i get out of breath when i walk up and down stairs
4.) The fact that i sometimes get chest pains when i lying in bed scares the hell out of me
5.) I want to be able to enjoy the summer rather than hating it cos i look like a hippo
6.) I want to be able to look at pictures of nights out and not think "OMG look at my chins"
7.) My friends are all slim and i hate being the fat girl in the group
8.) I would like my fiance to be proud to have me on his arm rather than looking like hes dragging along an obese siamese twin
9.) I'll have less joint and back pain.
10.) It sounds so vain, but the fact that i am fat makes my exs look at me and think "I had a lucky escape there" and i dont like that
11.) I hate food shopping when im fat cos people actually look down at you if you buy chocolate
12.) If I lose weight, i wont feel the need to hide indoors if im feeln ugly(sad i know but i actually do it)
13.) I'll take up less room espically in the back of a car
14.) Id love to get my belly pierced
15.) I hate my boobs and they will hopefully go down
16.) My bowel movements wont hurt or smell anymore
17.) I won't have any more "chafing."
18.) I'll be proud of myself.
19.) I'll have conquered one of the things i have been struggling with my whole life!
20.) I'll get lots of positive comments and compliments from people.
21.) My in laws will hopefully like me more
22.) I cant wear heels cos i have fat feet and im VERY aware of the size of my calves
23.) I'll feel confident enough to go for a job i want rather than one i feel i dont deserve
24.) I'll be able to enjoy activities i used to be able to such as basketball
25.) I'll just feel better in general.
