lads ive lost SEVEN POUNDS this week- Thats half as stone OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know the fact i was sick is party responsible but i dont CARE YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Subway

A new subway just opened up in my town, me and the fella went there this evening- WELL LADS!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS GORGE!!!!!!

The bEst part is they have the calories of everything available to you, so when i came home i was able to put what i had into my fitday diary(and even after my yummy sub and raisin cookie im still under my calories GO ME!!!)

That's funny. We have Subway's all over the place here. It started in NYC and many many years ago my mother in law opened the first franchised Subway. She didn't like having to buy the stuff from corporate because it wasn't as good as what she could get locally, so she closed the franchise and started her own shop. That worked out well till the son of a local official drove his car right through the place. Funny thing is, the car disappeared from the impound lot and the case file disappeared from the court records. No file, no insurance. Funny how that works.

Anyway, Subway does make a good sandwich. Just be sure to notice that the info is for a 6" sub, not the foot long.

Oh ya i know i was really full after the 6inch and the fiance wolfing down a 12inch :puke: My stomach wouldnt be able for it!

1. What is your current height and weight?
4'11.4" 213 lbs

2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
Im not sure ATM cos i remember being around 150lbs when i met my fiance and i was happy with my weight then so im not sure anymore...

3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
190 if possible which is 23lbs lighter than what i am now- ive lost 25lbs the last 2 and a half months so ya never know

4. Why do you want to lose weight?
atm to keep up the way im feeling latley- the feeling of being able to run and play with my nieces without running out of breath, being able to throw out big clothes and buy smaller ones

5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or
reunion? If so, when is that event?
No.

6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
Atm its getting bored with my exercise routine but i change it often so it wont happen hopefully

7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
i drank too much beer,i love my take aways after a night out, the only excercise i get is walking to the shop.

8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
Well so far watching what i eat and exercising has done me wonders

two years ago i lost two stone and got down to 14 stone and it was from just exercising and eating well

I got back into old habits, had people telling me i looked great so i thought "well i look great now so no need to keep losing weight"

lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
I went on crash diets and got angry when i didnt change from a size 18 to a 10 in a week, stupid i know!!

Already do.

I dont cook a lot, i normally make salads and soups for myself

14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
We rarely go out to eat, so when we do, I choose what I want.

pasta carabonara, chicken kiev and cheese

16. What are your three favorite restaurants?
dont have any

17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
drink water during my meal, use smaller plates, stop using butter

18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want
it, what would be different?
I'd love myself and id feel i could take on the world.

19. Do you eat when you are not hungry?
I try not to- half the time it comes to 7 at night and i reliast i have only had about 700cals throughout the day so its a bit of a problem sometimes

20. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
not any more and if i do i make sure i have PILED my plate with lettuce

21. Do you hide your food or eat in secret?
No.

22. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
not any more

No

Yes.

Now i have salads and soups, maybe an egg salad pitta

normally popcorn or chocolate

Go to the gym 5 times a week

i like swimming, dancing and the cross trainer

Just seeing the scales go down and hearing peoples compliments

25 reasons i want to lose weight

These are the reasons I want to lose weight. Found this on someone elses diary and thought why not.

25 reasons why I want to lose weight:

1.) Because my family love me and have told me time and time again that they are scared ill have a heart attack.

2.) I want to be able to play with my nieces and nephews without having to stop for breath

3.) I hate the fact that i get out of breath when i walk up and down stairs

4.) The fact that i sometimes get chest pains when i lying in bed scares the hell out of me

5.) I want to be able to enjoy the summer rather than hating it cos i look like a hippo

6.) I want to be able to look at pictures of nights out and not think "OMG look at my chins"

7.) My friends are all slim and i hate being the fat girl in the group

8.) I would like my fiance to be proud to have me on his arm rather than looking like hes dragging along an obese siamese twin

9.) I'll have less joint and back pain.

10.) It sounds so vain, but the fact that i am fat makes my exs look at me and think "I had a lucky escape there" and i dont like that

11.) I hate food shopping when im fat cos people actually look down at you if you buy chocolate

12.) If I lose weight, i wont feel the need to hide indoors if im feeln ugly(sad i know but i actually do it)

13.) I'll take up less room espically in the back of a car

14.) Id love to get my belly pierced

15.) I hate my boobs and they will hopefully go down

just bk from the gym, had a good old workout i feel tired after it- im starting to get a little bored with my routine- i dont like that :(

Hey Liz. I'm a big advocate of finding something active that is both a good workout and fun. If you like to do it, then it isn't a chore. Going to the gym is great, and strength training does wonders, but is lifting a weight really "fun"? You like basketball, and that's a hell of a workout. If you could change one or two cardio exercises for that you might get less bored with the other days. It'll give you incentive on the days that you are in the gym because you'll be thinking about how this is helping your game. What do you think? Any other things that you'd be able to do instead?

i was bold and weighed myself 2 day (wasnt ment to for another 2 dayS) and ive lost another 2 pounds

plus i had my breakfast at 9.30 and a can of diet coke about 10, and then i weighed myself at 12.30- so i could be lighter than that cos id eaten :)
 
Reward

since i was a good girl and lost 27lbs in 2 and a half months i figured id treat myself so i bought myself 2 GORGEOUS rings, earrings and a gorge mirror chain (only cheap things but lovely anyway) and two new tops- ill actually throw some pics up of them

Well the jewellery not the tops seen as they are 2 sizes 2 small for me atm BUT i shall fit into them just you wait and see:)

the earrings are on the left- the rings are pretty big ones but i love them espically the big black one, and the chain is wrapped around them, its a mirror chain so if you want to check your make up just look into it how cools that!

I always seem to fail right before i finish and hit the goal though. So im tricking myself and moving the goal further away so that i have more to do!
