weigh day saturday
dont really know what to think this week i usually have an idea in my head but this week im drawing a blank...
weighed myself last friday morning and lost a pound and burned 200cals in the gym that day
Sat - was down about the only losing a pound and pigged out and drank
Sunday- slapped myself in the face and went to the gym burned 400
Mon - went to the gym burned 400 and walkin with my sis
Tuesday - no gym cos i had pulled my calf muscle
Wed - Gym burned 400
Today- No gym, just plain lazy
....
Basically 2mr im hopin 2 burn 400ish again and sat morn before the gym ill weigh myself
I was bold saturday last but since then was good regarding the gym and my cals - and 2 weeks ago i said any loss is weight loss, but then got so upset when i only lost a pound, guess i was disappointed.
Im hoping ill lost 2 this week- im PRAYING i will, 2 people commented on my weight loss 2 day, thrown out most of my 18 and 20 clothes, iv lost inches i know by my clothes and i guess i shouldnt complain, i feel a lot healthier in myself so i shouldnt be bitching i guess
