Ohhhh my where do I start.. Im going thru a rough spot. Feel just in a blah. Devaiting from my meal plans and I havent been logging food just thinking I have an idea of how many calories im consuming. Exercise is fallin off too.. however, I still have been maintaining 3 miles a few times a week. I finally made to the street and have stopped running on the treadmill.. bad thing is, I need weight training too. So basically im only doing my 3 miles.. and no im not running the whole way... i need to get out of this rut. BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
Im leaving for Washington on Thursday with my daughter to visit my mom. Super exicted about that.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh I got a puppy! Her name is Raisin!!! Let me find a picture and I will post it.
