Day 1: I was pissed to see my weight at 327.... grrrrr, up 10 from late March... WTF. So here we go.
Breakfast of 2 hd-boiled eggs, Lunch of big salad, Dinner TBD. I have hiking gear in the car (aka: shorts, t-shirt, clean socks and a water bottle).
Vee - drive-thru and late night snacking. Last night was no exception. Done. No more. I have to get angry at them both.
Kaplooie - I can't really grip right now, but I will do some squats and (maybe) some lightweight bench presses. I have a gym basement since escape from the house is a big PITA.
Oaks - thanks, I do need to force myself to stop taking seconds (and thirds). I was raised in the empty-plate club, so it's hard to say no, and really hard to waste food. But you're right.
Q - thanks, the daily check in is mandatory. Even on weekends, even if I have no access to a scale.
MR- I seem to remember our roles reversed a few months back. Stay vigilant to your own goals!
