Day 3 was better than Day 2. Foodwise, I came in at 10g sugars, 35g carbs total, and under calorie goal thanks to the big row yesterday. Still way low on the fiber front, I might add some flax seed to my diet for the next couple weeks to keep things moving and to help absorb the absurd amounts of cholesterol I've been ingesting.
I rowed 12K in just under an hour, with a 1-minute break at the halfway point. My legs and keister were achy, but I felt good otherwise.
Feeling a little more alert today, I managed to stay awake a little longer last night, but I think I also need to set the alarm for a bit later and leave the iphone out of the bathroom so I'm not dilly-dallying nearly so much.
I'm quite hungry, lunch is just a mere few minutes away!
