Weekend went fairly well, could have been better goal-wise. I met my exercise and no-soda goals, but definitely not my calorie goals. Maybe that could be something I can work on in the future: stay on-target for the weekends, and have my cheat days (Sundays) a little more reasonable.
Friday night was crack night, oops, I mean taco night. I stupidly made a couple extras, which meant I ate a couple extras. I ultimately was under target calorie-wise, but that was due to reasonable lunch and breakfast.
Saturday was Boston, and for lunch we went to an overpriced seafood place, and I was good in avoiding fried seafood, got a grilled fish sandwich instead, along with fries and coleslaw, and for dinner we did Chinese takeout, and in spite of my good choices for that meal (vegetable mu shu), it was still Chinese takeout. On the up side, I probably got an hour's worth of walking out of it since we took the subway into town.
And yesterday was pancakes for breakfast, leftover Chinese for lunch, and Sunday-night pizza. I did get a good row in there and some yard work.
This week should be fairly cut-and-dry, I don't think there's anything planned where I need to keep a closer eye on my behavior.
Q, we didn't make it to the brewery, but I did have a Green Monsta IPA at the seafood place, which was mighty tasty.
Blue, I think it's my second-longest row, I did a 26.2K row a couple years ago. The last bit was brutal - the rowing machine estimates how much time you have left before you complete the row based on your current rate. Towards the end, the thing was telling me I had 15 minutes left, and it said that for a good 10 minutes because I kept slowing down.
