Crappy weekend, health-wise. Plenty of excuses, no good reasons. Saturday was all about the family, and a day of high-energy kids with high-swinging emotions can cuz a man to do bad things. I suppose that too many peanuts and chocolate isn't too bad on the grand scale of bad things, but it was enough to suck the drive out of me. Sunday wasn't much better - less stressful, but still too busy to get a breather in for some kind of activity.
Anyway, no point in being too harsh. I'm also going to change up my exercise for the next couple weeks and cut out most lifting and just row. I don't like my current regime, so I'll be spending time developing a new one.
