Sigh... kinda bummed. The weekend was somewhat high from a consumption standpoint, had an old friend over and had much beer and wine. I also came to the conclusion this morning that my rotator cuff and tennis elbow aren't going to get any better if I don't let them relax, so I'll be taking some days off of the rower and from lifting. I'll be doing some walking instead, but that doesn't kill the calories as well, and I can't do any running. Wah.
I believe I'll take advantage of the down time to do a little repair/maintenance on the rowing machine, though, the rollers seem to have some nicks in them, which results in ticking as a slide fore and aft. Doesn't affect performance, it just drives me nuts.
