exersicing and great progress.........Wow Kahi cookies never
saw them yet here.Everyone was talking about the kashi waffles
then a couple months later there they were so hopefull the cookies
pop up soon lol.It is good looking at pictures and seeing how much you
changed and it makes all your hard work worth your wild.

Thanks! lol the menue pretty much depends on what the cafeteria offers....which usually isnt much, but ive adapted lol. The kashi cookies are really good. They arent too sweet so they dont give me a spike in blood sugar level. My favorite are the flax seed and raisin ones, but my roomate loves the oatmeal dark chocolate ones.
I ended up looking at pictures from high school for a long time last night, just realizing how I wasn't happy at ALL with my body back then, and how I used that unhappiness and lack of confidence to hide myself and there were a lot of things I missed out on. So, I know that I need to work on my confidence because until I do that, I am never going to be happy with my body, its not going to be the other way around.
Its not: happy with body --> confidence
It is: confidence--> happy with body
I'm sure losing weight will help with my confidence, but my confidence needs to get to a certain level on its own first. Lately I have been really bad at this. I have been nitpicking everything about me, including things I cant change without surgery (like stuff for my face- i think my chin sticks out too far lol). I know I need to stop doing this, and I really am trying.
Having said all that, heres my calories so far today lol.
Breakfast: Zone bar- 200 calories
Lunch: squash, green beans, and a vegetarian thing they offered in the cafeteria today. It consists of spanish rice, black beans, tomatoes, corn, and some vegetable stock and some olive oil, it also comes with a little section of sweet potato. Its one of the things they offer in the vegetarian line that I actually like. But, with things like that I cant really tell how many calories are in it, but I am going to guess for all of lunch today it was about 400 calories? cause the green beans and squash have very little calories.
So, so far today: 600 calories
