M - 1070 (Wendy's, technically I ate it before midnight lol, but I'll count it towards today.)

Ok, so I'm going to make out some meal plans to start next week that equal under 2264 per day. I hope I can stick to them. It's usually hard for me because I'm what I call a "spontaneous-eater", meaning, I don't usually know what I'm going to eat till I'm ready to eat.

Treat - 170

Salmon - 310
Greens - 70
Tea - 150

Damn, would have been a decent day if it wasnt for that wendy's meal last night.

I'm so ready!

So at the end of this week, that will make 3 solid wks of calorie counting...right on! (Even if I didn't eat the best, I was consistant.) And that is perfect timing for the Mega Challenge.

I'm gonna tackle the weightloss the way I did when I lost 30lbs 5 yrs ago...slooow and steady. Which can be a little frustrating when it comes to seeing results but the weight seems to stay off longer that way and it gives you time to build healthy habits.

So my plan will go a little something like this:

Month 1 - Cardio
Month 2 - Cardio, push-ups & sit-ups, ankle weights
Month 3 - Cardio, pu's/su's, weight training

After that it'll just be routine increases in everything.

Goals:

1. Workout.
2. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
3. Eat "clean".
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
6. Get enough sleep!!
7. Take my vitamins.

I stole most of that from someone else's blog, hee hee :newangel:

Ultimate goals:

Weight - 160
Running 1.5mi under 15min
50-100 pu's
75-100 su's

Wowzer, that seems like a lot to me, yet it seems like it shouldn't be. I think I'll make small/weekly goals/challenges for myself to get through. I'm hoping by writing it down I'll actually follow it, I'm sure I'll make some tweaks(sp?) here and there.

Hey there girlie, I found you!!! I told you I would. Okay, so it sounds like you're doing soooooo good! :hurray: I'm so sorry I haven't been around, been taking care of my mama. She got into a bad accident, so I will stop in when I can until she's able to start getting around by herself. I miss your silly butt making me laugh with all your posts!!! I'm doing pretty good, haven't weighed myself, there's no scale here and I don't really have time for myself, but I've been eating at least below 1800 cals. The 1200 made me feel starving and I felt too drained, so I saw a nutritionist and she said to stay at about 1700, but sometimes I tend to go a little over. I hear you about being a spontaneous eater... n its a b***! I have started trying to plan my meals more and I do keep everything way more under control... Well girlie, talk to you soon K.. :seeya:

Sorry to hear about your mom, hope she gets better soon. And I know how your feeling, about a month ago I was taking care of granny cause she burned herself...between work, her and school, I "burned" myself out lol.

I think I'm going to start with planning 2-3 days a week and when I can stick to that completely, I'll add more days.

My weight is down because I've only been eating like one meal a day, even though they weren't the healthiest meals. I seem to have misplaced my appetite and it is playing a game of hide and seek. I say this because I'm hungry for about 5-15 mins, but if I don't eat, then I lose my appetite and just don't feel like eating. I'm thinking maybe it's stress from this test I have coming up this week in physiology...very nervous. Things have NOT been going very well with this damn class and I don't wanna take it over...AGAIN. Anywho...here is how my day began:

Just one of those days....

Geez...it's been kind of a sour day and they say bad things happen in 3's, so here's my 3 for the day:

1. Woke up with a sore throat and just generally not feeling well.
2. Realized I lost some pretty special pics out of my camera.
3. Work just called me (30min after the time I should have been there if I was going in) and said they were wondering if I was coming in. Well before the last night I worked I checked our computer system and it said my day off had been approved but someone has erased it out of the written schedule. So I don't know if it was my boss that did that because I called in sick yesterday or what. But I'm not going in, I have a test tomorrow and I like to get a good nights sleep before a test and a little bit of time to study.

And as an added bonus: I still feel crappy over the bad test grade I got yesterday.

*sigh* I think I just better go to sleep before anything else rotten happens.

On a good note, a thought I'll go to sleep with in my head, my kitten still remembers the fetch-training from yesterday. I'm so proud of her! My other cat just sits around and looks pretty lol....thats her full time job. She is my little princess and she totally acts the part and knows it.
 
Update

My eating habits and workout kinda got left in the dirt this week, my mood just really sucked, amazingly enough though, me and the BF didnt get into any arguments (usually when I'm moody we'll get into an argument every time we talk).

Anyway, I don't feel sick anymore, I think it was totally stress related. I was able to have some of the missing pics recovered! I got back the ones I was really wanting, it only cost about 30bucks. Work marked me as AWOL, but my boss obviously knew I wasnt and in the computer marked my day off correctly.

The one thing that didnt improve would be school. I bombed the second test in a row and so now I have to drop the class and start all over again...this is the last class I need before applying to nursing schools and I'm just feeling like such a loser/dumbass right now. I've never had this much trouble with a class before. Urrrrrgh!
 
Hey lady glad to see you back!

I'm doing ok. Down a lb from last week whoohoo! But I was bad this weekend it'll probably come back to bite me in the ass lol.
