I'm doing decently
I made it to 210lbs, my 1st goal. That's 14lbs for the year and 8lbs in 5wks!
And I can also touch my forehead to my knee when stretching! When I first started I couldn't touch my toes and I could only tie my shoes if my pants were unbuckled or around my ankles lol.
But things are moving along nicely...I hate to get too happy incase I hit a wall lol.

YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! You better get happy and excited, that's what makes us want to get rid of this shit for good!!! You feel good now and you want to feel even better!!! Good for you!!!
