I'm having similar challenges in the eating department. Seems like even if I string together 5 good days in a row, if the next 2 are bad I am more likely to gain weight than lose weight. I keep trying to remind myself that if I can just get back into weight loss mode it does get easier. I call it weight loss mode because it's hard to achieve (it takes about 10 days of eating in a caloric deficit) but once you get there you feel like you are in the zone and it actually seems easy to stay there. Unfortunately I haven't been there in about 8 months. Hopefully each and every one of us will find our own weight loss mode.
Thanks for sharing that ... makes me feel better. I had a good day, ate really healthy all day, went to the gym after work, and then ... you guessed it ... the "you're fat because you're an idiot" phrase comes to mind. LOL
It's been a rough week for me. I suffered a huge disappointment. Was going home to visit my family (sons, mom, sister and friends) but my trip was cancelled due to some things happening at the office so I need to be here. My boss will be gone next week so I need to stick around because our national budget's being announced. I cried last night but feel a bit better today, still sad, but will improve with each day. Maybe I'll go in a month's time. It's also snowing this week and I traditionally start getting antsy with winter in March after four months of snow and cold. Oh the PITY!!
lol I'll live. But I must learn to cope better rather than stuff face with burgers and fries. BAD BAD BAD Fatty.

Tomorrow is a new day. Menopause, depression, hypoglycemia and throw in some winter blues. Thank GOD for exercise...the natural happy drug.
