Plus if you make it yourself you can control what goes on it. It's easier not to eat it for sure, but learning to do your fav foods in a healthy way can only be a benifit for the long run!

My friend Johanne also said that very same thing yesterday. Whole wheat pita bread with whatever I want on top, baked in the oven.
 
Day 83; Kicked the shit out of it.

Ate on plan, killer workout, and increased time and speed on treadmill. Did sit-ups, heel raises, and some upper body free weights.
 
AWESOME!!!!! Good job!

Yeah my hubby and I do that sometimes, just get a pita and put toppings on it like a pizza. Tastes good :D
 
Day 82: Another day of eating on plan: breakfast-soy milk on cheerios, apple, banana, boiled egg, cream in my coffee, Lunch-6" grilled chicken sub, Snack-1 oz. pumpkin seeds, rice cake, Supper-beef stir-fry & 6 oz. red wine. Total 1700 cals. Okay I said I wasn't gonna have coffee or alcohol but there's no way I'm gonna do that. LOL

Rest day from gym. I'm going to start getting off the elevator a few floors ahead and walk stairs ... keep forgetting.

Scale's already moving down.
 
Vegas is going to be fun!!!

Trust me, you are going to want to stick to the weight loss plan girl! Last time I went to vegas, a friend of mine told me that she overheard a bouncer saying "no fat chicks" were allowed in the VIP area of one of the upscale clubs.

I had a great time at Studio 54 there by the way, good times!

You'll do fine, just keep at it and switch up to some healthy pizza's!

Oh how horrible. When I went with my girlfriend last May we noticed the ones with cleavage were getting fast tracked in the line ups. Luckily, my friend that I'm going with this time has enough cleavage for the both of us.

Day 81; another good one. Ate on plan, went to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, sort of a combination of jogging / walking. Sit-ups, heel raises and with free weights bi-ceps, tri-ceps, shoulder crunches.
Geez I found out my personal trainer wants $500/month for 3Xweek. I can do what I need without that but I may hire her for the last 10 pounds. She's killer on nutrition also and a real slave driver which I need. :waving:
 
LOL, yeah 19 floors is a lot. I think it's a good idea what you said though, to get off a few floors earlier and walk up the rest :)
 
I'm going to try to remember on Monday STAIRS !!!

Day 80 to countdown went well. A rest day from the gym but 3 K of walking to my doctor's after work
and to watch college volleyball at night. Ate on plan and drank water.

It felt good to find a female doctor in my new city. I think the scale will have a gift for me on Sunday.
 
I hope the scale will be kind to you on Monday! It sounds like you're doing awesome though, so I would think you'll see something :) ... You can never tell with those scales though... lol

Boy is that ever true.

Well day 79 wasn't good for eating plan but great for exercise.

I hiked up hill a 7K trail in the woods of Gatineau Park in the province of Quebec. It was so beautiful and we saw a little owl. He wasn't shy so we took pictures. The little guy was posing for us! lol

We went to a birthday party at night and the shepherd's pie was safe, but the cake was not. That led to other snacks and I had two glasses of wine and one beer.

Day 78 will involve GYM and impeccable eating habits.
 
Indeed, the sexier you dress, the faster you get through the VIP lines, it's terrible but true!! probably because most clubs only the men play the cover,, so it's their money maker.

You are going to have a blast!! I can't wait to hear the details, unless they are too good that they have to stay in Vegas! LOL

Day 78; much much better. I just ate green grapes in the morning and a beef stir-fry for supper. I had an excellent two hour workout at the gym and felt so relaxed afterwards.

I'm going to keep my calories lower than 1600/day because I just am not losing weight so I'll continue with my exercise but need to do something different. I had to laugh because my brother emailed me today to say he's lost 9 pounds in 5 weeks and I've lost one! LOL
 
Stupid boys losing weight easy! BAH! I'm working out 6/7 days and my husband is just eating basically what I'm eating, sometimes more and he's losing weight! Drives me nuts! :banghead:

I know. My co-worker's husband stopped drinking beer for two weeks and lost six pounds! LOL Oh my god, can you imagine??? ha ha

Day 77 went very well. I'm reducing my calories more. Currently at 1100 so I need a couple hundred cals for supper. Rest day from gym. Me muscles are repairing (chuckle). The personal trainer I've been in touch with told me to drink 3 cups of green tea per day (not to mention 3 litres of water/day) so today I was in the bathroom a lot. lol
 
Dr. Oz said around the same thing for green tea, I think he said 4 cups. It's good stuff! I need to up my green tea intake for sure... that and water as well. lol
 
Oh green tea eh?? I hear that so often that you can lose weight from that alone! Let me know how it works.

I keep buying the stuff but don't really like the taste, even bought some of the pills of green tea, but couldn't even take those! Doh!!

Lord knows I have my dumb days but that title would not motivate me. ha ha

Day 76 to Vegas countdown is going very well. I remembered to climb stairs (100 steps) today and ate on plan. Will do killer workout at gym.

There was a study that was done where people would drink green tea I think it was half an hour before every meal and they lost weight just doing that. I don't know why that would be, but that's what happened. I know green tea is a lot of beneficial properties to it. I'm glad I love the taste of it. However, at first I did have to get a little used to it since it was something different for me, but now I just LOVE it. I just keep forgetting to make it, lol.

That guys is the idiot! Some people just amaze me, lol.

Good job on doing your 100 steps... I hate doing stairs!
