Hi everyone; you guys are so nice, visiting me in my diary and I've been so busy I haven't had time to go into other people's. I'm hoping later tonight for some sit down time. Been busy helping my mom with getting ready for her holiday and my son with buying a truck.

Breakfast; Oatmeal porridge 270, small apple 60
Lunch; 2 whole wheat english muffins toasted 280 with 2 tbsp. low fat peanut butter 190, cup of raw veggies 30
Snack; 1 oz. walnuts 185, 4 whole wheat crackers 90
Supper; 2 cups romaine lettuce 15, salad dressing 20, 4.5 oz fish 160
Snack; popcorn 260
Total = 1560
Workout; 45 minutes elliptical trainer, sit-ups, core, heel raises, upper body as per usual.

I can't wait to nose into everyone's diary.
 
Looks like your eating and exercise was awesome! Keep it up! I'd write more but I have to leave for my C class in 10 mins and I'm trying to finish dinner, lol.

Oh my goodness, I come in my diary to post my food intake and am so touched to see all the people who visited me today. Thanks you guys. I'm a crying mess right now because I'm watching American Idol and the African & Amercian children and the singing...I'm so moved. And then to see all of you here. Mishi nice new picture, you are sooooo beautiful. Steve, welcome and thank you for your support, it means a lot to me, being the solid presence you are on this forum. Hello Mal, Risty, BurkinaMom, Deb, Tammy. Luv to you all. I truly think Africa is going to save the world. Because Africa will make the world realize we all need saving.

Evening Anna:) Must be a sappy night. I just got back from chaperoneing a student organized candle-light vigil for the Virginia Tech victems. It amazes me that kids can organize things like this:) So I have been a bit weepy too. I watched American Idol last night and thought it was brillant that they were donating money for each call so I voted as many times as I could in the time I had:) And you are a pleasure to read! You have great menues and lots of great workouts and you are so spunky:p lol. Really you have done well and it is an inspiring read:).... plus you said I was purdy:D lol Hope you have a great night!

Walked 2 miles to work.

nice job on hoofin' it to work - saves the environment and is good for the butt too :)

Yay for lentil soup! Oooh, yeah yesterday I had about 500 calories worth of "Fun-sized" Twix and Snickers *grumble grumble* Don't worry--it's indulgences like that that make dieting fun. Because you can cheat and still lose! Have a wonderful, healthy day today!!!
 
Hi Diary, Hi Everyone. Had a good day. It was weigh in day and I'm down to 151.75 pounds. Damnit I'm going to record that .25 under 152. ha ha ha But I'm not changing the Ticker until I get to 150.

Breakfast; oatmeal porridge 300 cals, small apple 60
Lunch; tuna sandwich 290 calories, .25 oz. sunflower seeds 40 calories
Snack; 4 whole wheat crackers 90 calories, .10 cup granola 50 calories
Supper; Pita sandwich 530 calories
Dessert; DQ fudge bar 45 calories
Edit to add snack later at night, air popped popcorn 8.5 cups 220 cals
Total = 1620 calories
Walked to work 2 miles and gym 60 minutes hill climb on elliptical trainer, sit-ups, core, heel raises, upper body.
