What I "sorta" did right today and then how I blew it. LOL
Breakfast: Oatmeal porridge 340 calories
Snack: Cereal bar 130 calories
Lunch; Soup 240 calories, yogurt 100 calories
Snack; whole wheat slice bread 110 calories, 2 tablespoons peanut butter 200calories, 10 cookies 600 calories HELLO.
Supper; cheeseburger and fries with tiny brownie for dessert. HELLooooooO
Total caloric intake 5,6,777,543,773,009,201 (ga-zillions in other words)
Walked to work 2 miles.
Tomorrow I am re-committed to hit the gym for my date with the elliptical trainer *a hot date* at that! Followed by sit-ups...watch for a sweaty post in the very near future (wink).
