Lifting weights today, everything going good, then BAM!! Light headed to the point I need to sit down or IM going to pass out. Ate a good breakfast. had plenty of water before hand and while lifting so I dont think its a dehydration issue. Any ideas what this could be. it happens alot when getting up to me. If I am on the ground or sitting and I get up quickly my vision blurs and I get light headed for a few seconds then I am fine again. Its almost kind of scary. I would reather not go for a checkup because I dont have any insurance right now(long story) but I dont really want to pay out of the pocket for a doctor visit. did anyone ever hear of this before? possibly not enough carbohydrates? I am not on a low carb diet or anything, but I do watch what I eat. I usually eat a high carb meal about 45min to an hour before I lift but today I ate about 2-3 hours before thats why I was thinking maybe thats it. After sitting down and drinking a protien shake I am feeling much better
