Lift, Train, Fitness

Good luck with exam results Tru and hope the hormones ease off soon .

D3 is one of my daily sups. Most Tasmanians are deficient in D.
I think one of the important parts to consider in the study is the dose, as it is higher than what most people will take based on the label recommendations etc. but the dose in the study is still a very safe dose.

hormones and games day hmm, good thing there is no junk food in the house lol

time to go and turn the AC on in the shed so it has a chance to work before everybody arrives. I feel sorry for all of those who can no long have friends gather due to Covid.

My vitD levels tend to be good even in February simply because I´m very pale and like to be outside. Probably less than stellar this your though... Enjoy your games day a little extra for all us isolated folk out here.

Not much happening this week, enjoying the break from uni however, today I need to sit down and write up a couple of training programs. Harvested the first of my tomatoes for the year this morning.

At least this year I am getting to harvest, prior to the wicking bed I kept loosing the crop to blossom end rot, in the new bed I have been able to get the calcium levels up to a point where I don't have fruit rotting on the plants.

finished writing the training programs I needed to, Plus a new program for son 3, a flexible 4 day program for a fit 21 year old who needs to work around fitting it between martial arts training and a job which has some very physical days. especially the days when he needs to be lifting kegs in the brewery on kegging day.

A little bit later tonight I have to do meal prep, the last batch worked out super well for hubby and I and it is nice to be able to pull a pre prepped meal from the freezer and cook it.

Since doing the meal preps, I have found as a family we have less food wastage, no more over cooking if only one person is eating, hubby usually cooks too much food if he is just cooking a meal for just himself so it is easy for him to grab one of my meals instead and I can better judge the purchase of fresh produce and not have any of it go off in the fridge.

You are so efficient it´s almost intimidating - but mostly inspiring :)

It would not be the first time I have been described as such lol

I was once banned from my sons high school (for looking intimidating) when I refused to be talked down to by the deputy principle trying to defend the bullying that was happening to my son. I did not abuse or insult anybody but I would not let him stand over me like a student he was used to trying to intimidate lol. My T-shirt at the time may have contributed to his impression that I could possible rip him to pieces, I was wearing a sleeveless black T with "I don't need a licence for these guns" and arrows pointing to my arms.

Hubby and the rest of his colleagues in the science department of the school thought it was hilarious that I was banned for 2 months for simply looking intimidating, at the time we only had 1 car working and I was dropping hubby off at work and could not even drive into the car park.

TODAY

Solid training session, no accidental ingestion of allergens, rash is almost gone after last flare up

TOMORROW

the plan for tomorrow is the usual 1/2 day at the park in the morning chasing little miss on her bike, then late afternoon I need to do some planting in the garden and there should be some beans and more tomatoes to harvest. This is all dependent on the temp as we are supposed to be getting a heat wave, it was 39 in the shade yesterday (Tuesday).

not sure if the video will show up but it was a hot day again today, hubby has been attending a fire since around 4 this arvo and who knows when or if he will be home tonight. The bangs in the background are exploding trees.

other than that, the day has been business as usual.
