Lift, Train, Fitness

Friday is one of the days I have without little miss etc at home during the day. So far today I have completed another online assessment quiz for psychology 14/15 so keeping my marks in the HD range. Enrolled in my subjects for next semester (Human Anatomy, Sport and Exercise Psychology) not many assessments left for my current subjects, still working on my psychology assignment analysing MB and one more online quiz assessment. For outdoor education there is one more assessment, so long as I don't screw it up completely I will get an ok grade.

Done some cleaning while the house is empty, now it is time to walk down to the shed to hit the gym before getting some more assignment work done.

Efficient as ever :) Looking good!

Queensland released its plan for opening thing up, looks like personal training is 15th of may, so I should be able to look at getting back to coaching at that time.

Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, just the basics for training today, time to dice up some beef for some stir-fry tonight and some steamed veg.

Going to be a lot of outdoor work tomorrow, hubby is going to build a retaining wall around the water tank, and another retaining wall along the path to the house so we can have a flat area for play equipment for little miss, the plan includes placing hand and foot holds to turn the wall into a climbing wall. So lots of lifting and carrying for the weekends into the foreseeable future.

Having your own climbing wall sounds great! I always wanted a climbing rope in the middle of our stairwell but I guess my parents thought 6 m was too high to fall down from :p

it has been a mixed day so far, quiet morning, waiting for some blue metal roadbase to be delivered, lunch was a salad with semi dried tomatoes fresh basil, Australian feta and lettuce. Then a trip to bunnings for cement and Besa Blocks. then while turning into the driveway with a heavy loaded trailer I had a hoon try to overtake while part the way through turning, good thing I have good reflexes otherwise his car would have gone through my driver side door.

Again? So glad you're a good driver!
I need to get a dash cam so they can be reported to the police, drivers use our road like a raceway and it gets worse in tourist season, there is usually at least 1 death each year on our road.

That might be really helpful - for their own safety as much as your own and other people on the street.

this afternoon was spent digging footings and moving besser blocks around, Little miss worked on her strength lol, she is not big enough to pick up a block, but with a lot of effort she rolled one about 5 meters, not bad for a 2 1/2 year old. At 10 kg the blocks weigh only a little less than than G.

had a phone call from Number 2 son last night, he was tested for the virus last week (Negative) when he got a cold and needed a day off work apparently son 1 thought it was hilarious watching his brother have the nasal swab at the drive-thru testing centre.

I probably should stop procrastinating and work on my assignment

I saw a clip the other day of a woman who'd just had one and said they'd basicslly tried to pull her brain out through the nose :D Sounds horrible indeed.

Vehemently agreeing that the nasal swabbing looks excruciating. Nonononononono!
