I think babies and little children will eat exactly right, if their tastes and appetites are left to develop naturally - which usually means without having too much sugar pushed on them. I think several people here - I was one - have mentioned being pressured to eat more than they wanted to, or things they didn't want to, in childhood, which contributed to our relationship with food getting off to a bad start. I'm glad your little ones, boys and girl, are getting a much better start.I want bub to grow up having a healthy relationship with food, everything allowed in moderation, she has a big appetite but is equally active so all good. When she feels full she pushes her food away, there is no forcing her to eat when she doesn't want to, unlike what I went through as a kid where we had to finish everything we were given.
