Do you know what specific food(s) make you itch? Asking for a friend...

I have a few food intolerance's, including wheat and products derived from wheat (Maltodextrin is a big culprit, it can be derived from wheat or corn, but does not have to be labeled as such) Cherries, citrus and avocado are all known, there are others but they have not been isolated.

Thanks, that sucks.

Another good day yesterday, including our games night where my son was sitting at the opposite end of the table surrounded by junk food and virtually inhaling it all night.

it is 10 am here and have not felt like eating yet, water only, but I do have some pork crackle to snack on later.

Games night sounds fun! Board games, like Scrabble? Was it with another family?

How long are you carnivoring for?

Oh, dear - so many questions - sorry! Have a lovely day! :)

Games night is Dungeons & Dragons with friends, we are old school (I run a 1st/2nd edition Hybrid), the twin daughters of our friends are 16 and the games night has helped the one one with Tourette syndrome have less ticks as she no longer stresses out as much. We also play board games like Catan, Lords of Waterdeep, Talisman etc.

I am keeping everything strict until my birthday and see how my body is feeling.

Geek here :) I don't like pork crackling too much but a keto friend uses it to replace the corn chips when she wants nachos.

I think I must be a dork :blush5:
Carnivoring? Are you only eating meat, Tru & nothing else?

Animal only, organ meat, dairy, eggs etc all included. With the amount of itching I had been struggling with I need to eliminate stuff again and ID what else I am reacting to.

That has been easier said than done today, Shark week has begun and cravings have been all over the place, so far so good but it has been tough.

just got a good chuckle, bub went and selected a pair of trousers and shirt out of hubbys wardrobe and pushed them in his lap, not leaving him alone until he changed clothes :rotflmao::rotflmao::rofl: now he has changed she is happy lol

Ah! In Australia we both eat, and are eaten by, sharks, and Tru's relatively close to the coast, so... could have been anything! I also wondered if it was related to the University, along the lines of Freshers Week. :)

Been very busy, I have a teething toddler who has had a 40 C temp the last couple of days.

Oh, poor thing & poor you. I have always had trouble coping when our kids were sick, especially when they were little. You feel so hopeless.

Poor little one! and yes, poor you - I can imagine how more than full-time it must be, working to make her comfortable and healthy, and still keep an eye on your course and ordinary daily things. Best, best wishes that things come good and calmer very soon.
