Did 15 minutes on bike and 15 minutes on stepper at 6am this morning before work then rounded off the day well, just did 20 minutes on my stepper and 15 minutes on my bike, with 130 stepsx3 intervals spread at beginning, middle and end of workout.
total - 390 steps (whew did my thighs burn, I really sprinted)
Total exercise today then is about 1 hour 10 minutes give or take...
Calories burned - 633
Calories eaten - 871 (I know too low again, but I ate really well)
Special k cereal for breakfast
Fruit and crunch muslei bar for snack
Beef and vege soup for lunch with a pear and orange
Sweet and sour chicken (lite, home cooked) for tea
V8 vegetable juice following workout
So even though calories were low my fruit and veg intake was good...so
