Shopping is a funny thing. It can be the most dreaded exercise of all time...or as in your case it can be so rewarding. So happy for you, miss smally pants!!!

did 30 minutes on the stepper this morning, using bands for my arms for 5 minutes.

20 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes skipping tonight.

Total burned - 535

Ate a little over today - 1500

Need to shake things up a bit, will do some stair running for part of my evening workout tomorrow:D
 
Well had a good day, total calories = 1200, got through another day without bread of any sort.

Did 30 minutes on my stepper this morning and used my weights for my arms for 10 minutes

Did a circuit with my bike/skipping rope/stair running tonight, for 30 minutes total...

Times Bike - 10min
Skipping - 15 minutes
Stair running - 5 min (260 steps) will try for another set tomorrow and add an extra 130 steps.

The stair running was hard and it felt like an awesome workout, didn't have breaks between things basically did sets of 5 minutes on each thing.

Heres to another good day tomorrow!
 
You are doing great with your exercise, and are close to your goal. You must be so happy and feeling the difference, health. Eating in front of the telly is a hard one. I've been having a mandarine and 2 crackers, usually around 8.30pm and thats it for me. Surprisingly I have been finding thats enough.
 
Well had a very long, busy day today, sometimes I wonder why I applied to be assistant principal at school, I have a class of five year olds every day plus all my extra management stuff.

Started off the day with my usual 30 minutes on stepper.

Did my evening exercise using my bike, skipping rope and stair running again. It was hard to get motivated tonight as I am so tired but managed to do 43 minutes
12 minutes skipping in total
9 minutes stair running in total (did the 3 sets ...boy it hurt 390 steps)
22 minutes on bike total (5 - 10 minute intervals high speed)

So exercise so far this week - 3 hours and 13 minutes

Calories eaten - 1274
Calories burned - 671
 
43 minutes without motivation? Wow, that's pretty good. Imagine what you can do when you ARE motivated. Wait, we don't have to imagine, we've seen it. You're rocking! So keep up the good work!
 
Well my tiredness got the better of me today, managed a hard out 30 minutes on the bike this morning but just couldn't drag myself downstairs tonight, but I think my body needs a bit of a break anyways....managed to get 10 reports done tonight so at least that was one thing.

Burned 380 calories this morning
Total eaten - 700 (not great i know:eek: )

have managed to finish one goal this week though, exercising twice on at least 3 days, and will try to make it four tomorrow...

Total exercise time so far this week - 3 hours 45 minutes

Aw don't worry about being too tired for one day! If you get a good rest you'll be sure to bounce back the next day!:)
 
Your doing so great!! Sorry I haven't been in for a whlie... I was slackin a bit.. and now I go on vac. for twoweeks, so yeah.. but I promise I'll be here like I used to be when I'm back. Thanks for all of your support, your terrific :D
 
did 30 minutes this morning on the bike, only ate 700 calories yesterday and have only managed 900 today....am about to go downstairs and do half an hour of circuit training.:D
 
Good job on the exercise! :D You have got to increase those calories! :eek: 900 isn't enough. 700 is certainly not! I know that you already know you need more, just try to give you a little kick in the pants to get you going. ;)
 
Thanks for the kick in the pants....am having the weekend off exercise and worrying about my diet as I feel totally burnt out...will start afresh on monday...

I remember you writing something about being anorexic once....Hypo is right...you need more than 700 cals!!!!And especially when your working out so much...we want you healthy so you can keep us motivated here!!!! We are keep our eyes on you :cool: :eek: :rolleyes: !!!!
 
Thanks for your concern...you are right I had an eating disorder for a little while as a teenager....I tend to be a little obsessive about stuff...exercise, eating, organisation, perfection...lol

that is why I took a break this weekend, just felt like I was heading that way again and needed to start again.:D
