Well had a good day, total calories = 1200, got through another day without bread of any sort.
Did 30 minutes on my stepper this morning and used my weights for my arms for 10 minutes
Did a circuit with my bike/skipping rope/stair running tonight, for 30 minutes total...
Times Bike - 10min
Skipping - 15 minutes
Stair running - 5 min (260 steps) will try for another set tomorrow and add an extra 130 steps.
The stair running was hard and it felt like an awesome workout, didn't have breaks between things basically did sets of 5 minutes on each thing.
Heres to another good day tomorrow!
